Carl's Jr. — Restaurant in Colorado

Can't give one star or it might not go through... I've tried this location many of times, and it's the same everytime. Hmm I wonder if management would change things? Clearly not, cause there are bad reviews for over a year now. To all customers do not go here! Slow service, employees not trained well, and terrible food! It's been all the of those problems everytime I go in. If you go through the drive thru make sure to check the cars in the lot. If you see employees sitting in them smoking be prepared to wait on food. If you go in to dine there are usually only like two people working so be prepared to wait. Once you get your food is terrible! Most likely it was made the day before, if not sure taste like it. Consumer beware when you see that nobody is ever there don't eat there! Please get new management, and or someone buy this place to turn it into something amazing! It's in an up scale area with potential cause of all the...

Stopped here because I was craving a burger. The staff was incredibly friendly and the food was ... less than I remembered Carl's Jr food being. Not that there was anything inherently wrong with it, but that the burger I ordered was supposed to be their answer to the Big Mac and it fell decidedly short. I loved the amount of veggies on it, but the bun overwhelmed the meat and cheese considerably.

Does anyone remember the old ad campaign: "Where's the beef?"

I'm not sure if this is par-for-course or if they were just trying to unload themselves of larger buns that day. As far as I could tell, the beef was hidden in there somewhere like a scavenger hunt. Do they have different bun sizes at CJ's between their regular burgers and their $6 burgers?

Talk about going above and beyond! My experience here didn't start out the best (mixed up order, no biggie), but what counts is how it ended. Kevin K was authorized to solve my issue, and did it with grace and kindness. Thanks to Jonathon, as well.

We left happy, and very well fed! The new El Diablo burger belongs in a steakhouse, not a fast food place. It's seriously worth the price and the calories! The folks at this location definitely know how to make it right.

Speaking of location, this might have been the cleaner burger joint I've ever been in, even rivaling In N Out for overall cleanliness and presentation - and that's high praise. Having grown up in New York, I know that sometimes the best food comes from the dirtiest kitchens, but in Parker, it's nice to see the entire site was clean and organized.

I highly recommend this place for your burger needs, and suggest the El Diablo double burger if you like it hot. You will not...
