Espresso Evergreen — Restaurant in Colorado

I have frequented this place for about 5 years now - and every time I pull up they ask me if I'm new in town. I guess I don't hit their profile of a regular customer - it must be the cash in my hands - perhaps they're expecting some other qualities in customers of their establishment. I find the teenagers here to be exceptionally poor at customer service - they never laugh and even when some upper management has created a trivia question that is written on a board and they reluctantly give out the answer in begrudging tones. It's too bad, because clearly this device is intended to enhance the experience of getting your morning coffee fixed on the way to wherever you need to go. on a scale of 1 to 10 I give these guys overall at 2 for politeness and courteousness. they're peddling a highly addictive drug - certainly they could find some joy in...

My co-workers and I frequent this coffee shop as it’s very close to our work and convenient. I really think the owner would benefit from a Starbucks sticker management system. The employees seem completely flustered every time we order more than one drink. They get all of them wrong and today even the remake was wrong. We aren’t ordering complex drinks. Though these employees are all very kind, I think it has to be hard when they clearly have had very little training in all aspects of running this coffee cart. From burnt coffee, to messing up decaf, adding unnecessary syrups the list goes on and on.

I wasn't to happy when I tried to use my own French press and got scolded for there being coffee grounds in it. She asked that I rinse it out next time and be sanitary. I'm not sure if she wanted me to drive home then come back, or find a garden hose, but you would think they would be accustomed to seeing spent coffee grounds. As far as sanitation, I'm not sure how it's any different then a restaurant. I felt like I did something wrong for trying to cut down on pollution. On top of that...it was suppose to be iced and got served pipen hot. I'll go to someone next time that ...
