Etai's Bakery Cafe on Broadway — Restaurant in Colorado

The ownership of Etais on Broadway has made some terrible changes to the cafe. I along with many others used to enjoy the dine in lunch setup Etais had to offer. They have closed this area and now use it for storage where people can see the waste of space when they pick up their to go orders. The restaurant used to smell amazing with a great atmosphere. You could get coffee, espresso, breakfast burritos, yogurt and oats among other great options. The breakfast options and expresso are no longer available and the lunch menu seems to have diminished as well? Overall it is a real shame as this used to be a great place. Now with the torn up wasted interior and small menu I fear they will lose most of their customers. Maybe then they will return to the way people liked the cafe before. So I got to try this place through a program called Fork a Meal. People donate money towards a voucher to individuals or families to try different restaurants around the city. The staff were so nice and knowledgeable about the program. We tried some of the best healthiest food ever! From salad's to hot and cold sandwiches. It was truly delicious. They had so many options, and breakfast served All day. The kid's really enjoyed their breakfast burritos and cookie's. My experience was very nice. Etai's has been consistent in their sandwiches. We used it for many occlusions. Sweet is a bit on the sweet side like most other bakery. For sides, personally I think the potato salads is better then other options. Their sandwiches are better than other chain stores, and not often on the salty side. The presentation is on par with other chain. But do keep it flat if possible as the divides in the box they used did not prevent contents move into other compartment.
