Pho 15 — Restaurant in Four Corners States

Came here with a work colleague and was very underwhelmed with the Pho broth. It tasted "thin" like it had been cut with water to make it go further; and was lacking a savory and more complex element that I've found with other decent Pho spots. The vietnamese meatballs were the worst I've had with Pho (no flavor/chewy). For garnishments, no basil or coriander? just bean sprout and chopped jalapeno. Not sure if it was an off-day or what, but if I ever return, will probably opt for the vermicelli noodle bowls next time..

The service was fast, quick and the place was very busy (lots of tables). The Thai boba tea was good and the Vietnamese fried pork rolls were alright, but not great. However, the Pho was very disappointing.. The price was very reasonable and less than many other locations (thus why I bring it from 1 stars...

UPDATE: I can't believe I left such a weak review 6 years ago. So I keep coming here and they keep killing it. Every. Single. Time! The staff are great. Super laid back vibe. And the food... Okay so I ALWAYS get the same thing every time. Shrimp and beef spring rolls, large pho bowl with rare steak, and an espresso coffee with cream. No need to change a perfect formula and I leave satisfied every time.

I hit pho spots wherever I can and THIS spot has the best spring rolls and peanut sauce. Period.

I used to love this place but as of today I will never come back. I was enjoying my food when a cockroach crawls down the wall on to my table. I told one of the staff he came over and pretended to kill it and left it on the ground indeed not dead and it continued to climb the wall again, then I called the waiter once more then he actually killed it. I didn't feel right eating there any more so I got up to tell the guy at the register that I would be leaving and he said I wouldn't be charged. Then as I'm walking out I see another cockroach on the ground and I tell the guy at the register and he walked up and killed it. Like I said I loved the food but I do not love the aspect of bugs...
