The Management and Above Should Be ASHAMED!!! DO NOT EAT HERE, UNTILL SERIOUS CHANGES TAKE PLACE!!! Stopped by for a "quick" lunch (1:15 pm), so I ordered at the Drive Thru, and I ordered off the A&W menu. I paid for my Big Papa meal, received my Root beer and was asked to park in front of the restaurant because they would have to cook the onion rings fresh. So I parked, and waited......(noticing cars and customers come, served their food and leaving)....... I'm patient and understanding of being understaffed, customer rushes and time it takes for food prep. So after waiting 15 minutes, I walked inside....(waited 5 more minutes to be helped)....and explained the situation, that I still hadn't received my Big Papa meal. After the two employees finished pointing fingers and dodging any wrong doing, the Mgr apologized and said she'd get my order together. While I was waiting, I noticed the food prep area, and it Looked A Shambles and Disgustingly FILTHY!!! I noticed Service Men, working in the food prep area on ladders, and one changing Food Warmer Gaskets, thinking "I hope they don't drop anything into the food....besides any hair (Because they didn't have hair restraints or gloves on) I watched one employee (Who had taken my drive thru order) grab a cold hot dog with bare hands, and put it in a microwave, that hadn't been cleaned in I'd guess Months.....Right On The bottom, no tray or anything. Heated it up for 30 seconds, then grab it again Bare Handed, to put it on a bun with chili, and off to the drive thru. Then the Manager, handling my order, proceeds to dip into a warming vessel, and "Piece together" a couple "Hamburger Patties" dripping from the dirty bath, they are kept in.....place my patties and bare handed cheese In The Same FILTHY Microwave, again No Tray or Anything to separate The Greasy, Cheesy, Dirty Bottom Of The Appliance and My Food, to warm them up and melt the cheese. (I guess I was delusional to think they'd be sizzling on a grill or hot flat top). She packaged up the burger, and the onion rings (That we're now probably cold, because they had been just sitting on the counter this whole time) and handed me my meal. As I walked away....the "Drive Thru" employee asked if I needed a cup for my drink?? I turned and said I don't need anything else from This Place, And I Placed My "Freshly Prepared Meal" In The Trash Can as I Walked Out. I Feel I Probably Walked Away From A Food Poisoning Event.....And I Will Never Visit This Location Ever Again. On my app it only said 3 piece chicken box, it had no details about drink or anything. A lady with short blonde hair was trying very hard to help figure out where my order was etc. another lady with brown hair pulled back in a bun and a hat also tried very hard to help figure out what was going on with the order. She took initiative and action trying to help. The manager. A taller medium build dark haired man came around the corner and started shouting orders at everyone. He made multiple inappropriate comments to his staff was threatening and intimidating towards them and was overall toxic, abusive, intimidating, and threatening!!! He started shouting at me, intimidated me, to the point I was worried about my actual physical safety!!! I asked who the manager was, the two ladies said he was while he admitted he was the manager!!! I was shocked to see a manager with staff clearly intimidated and feeling threatened as well as threatening a DoorDash driver (myself)! Never in my entire life have I had such a horrible traumatic experience at a fast food establishment! I am a business owner myself! If any of my managers acted that way ever it would be cause for immediate termination without question! I sincerely hope for the safety of the staff and future patrons he is does immediately!!! I am willing to communicate with the general manager and our franchise owner about this issue! I have also filed a complaint against this manager with DoorDash! I also do hope that manager sees this and thinks twice about ever acting in such an unacceptable abhorrent manner ever again and that he does face repercussions for his actions!    Read moreVery disappointing experience today. Went through the drive thru and ordered chicken strips and fries. I went to the window and was asked to pull forward to a parking spot. My food came out 5 or so minutes later and i did not have fries. Went back through and told the person working that I was missing food. I hadn't been charged for it, so I payed and was asked again to pull forward. I waited for about 15 minutes and went back through. When the window opened there were 3 people and one person asked if I was uber eats or Doordash. I said no and explained what was going on. I was again asked to pull forward into a spot, to which I declined. This made the original person from the window angry. He asked again for me to pull forward and I again declined. He then went off on me about how they are supposed to have vehicles through the line in a certain amount of time and I was messing that up. He then argued with the woman that was getting the fries and telling her that i wouldnt move. He walked away, she handed me the bag, said thank you and closed the window. None of them seemed to care and nothing was said about how I was spoken to. I work in the customer service industry and i understand that they were busy, but after being in their lot for more than 20 minutes, having someone get angry with me over their time was very disrespectful.
