I really like this location, but I was really disappointed in some staff recently. We had ordered two venti drinks at the drive thru, the order was not repeated to us, and we paid at the window without the order being repeated there, either. Then one of the drinks comes out grande, so we explain we ordered a venti. The window staff member went inside to talk to the person who took the order, who appeared to be training the window barista, and they explained that we were asking for a venti. We heard the other person saying that "people like to order grande and then claim they ordered venti so they can get free drinks". I'm not naive enough to think that people don't do this, because people do, but I'm insulted by being accused of it inside the store where they maybe thought we wouldn't be able to hear them complaining about it. I even thought I might have paid for the venti and it accidentally went into a grande cup. I even thought about calling into the store to show my order history on the app to prove I only order venti drinks, since they were making a big deal out of an accident.
This just makes me want to be annoying when I order and ask the barista taking it to repeat the order so I'm not accused of this if there is an accidental error. It's embarrassing for me to ask for my drink to be remade, I don't need free drinks, I ordered one because I...

They argued with her and made her cry so I will be contacting cooperate. Not okay I had to send her to get my drinks because I just had a baby and am not supposed to go in places. Went in and asked to talk to the manger that was rude to my mother and was told I could wait for 30 minutes because she was doing paper work. Paper work is not more important then customers. I was treated very sharply when I started questioning the price because as far as I knew the coffee was three something and I was being charged 4$ something. I wasn't being rude at all I was just asking a question if the prices went up. Turns out simple sugar isn't free like people have told me trying to get me to use it instead of my 20 sugars. I was just trying to figure stuff out. I don't really want to pay 4.25 for a coffee. Then they just let the cup there and didn't turn on the machine. It's a simple cup of coffee. I asked basic questions. Never felt so underappreciated for buying something that I can make myself. Learned my lesson.
