Asian Spice — Restaurant in Four Corners States

Wow ! Have loved it and would still order from here if it wasn’t for the poor customer service , waited for over an hour for food that never came , called and was told the order was cancelled due to not having a driver . Didn’t notify me , didn’t call , didn’t do anything . Now 8pm and she can’t make the order since they are closing ! Wow ! Kids are hungry , money was taken , refunded I’m sure in the next few weeks of course . Poor customer service is a sad way to lose a long time customer and have no remorse or care ! Will find another place to eat ! Poor poor service ! We didn’t hang up and your emergency shouldn’t result in our family waiting for over and hour to find out the food was never coming . If you knew you didn’t have a driver maybe don’t accept delivery orders ? It’s a poor excuse and we have recommended so many customers to you . Poor service on your part doesn’t put dinner on the table on a Sunday night where everything is closed . Unfortunately not easy to accept and apology when you chose not to do anything about it and waited for us to call . Sorry !

Regarding the response left by owner: This is such a hot garbage response!!! YOU KNOW I PUT IN THE ORDER! I showed you my phone at the counter that the charge from Asian Spice hit my card. It is pathetically dishonest that you're trying to twist it as a problem you were unable to fix or to suggest I made the mistake.

This food is so good that I’m filled with rage. My husband took me to Asian spice for the first time last week and now it’s the closest thing to a religion I have. I was floored how clean the restaurant was-even the bathrooms smelled nice. I tried their Yushan chicken and have had dreams about it since. I tried his orange chicken and it was the best orange chicken I’ve ever tasted. I would’ve tried my brother-in-laws Pad Thai but I’m deathly allergic to peanuts, and even then I was weighing my options. My husband works across the street, so he waltzes over to Asian Spice on the regular and smugly enjoys their delicious entrees on his lunch break. Meanwhile I’m in Thornton. You know what Thornton doesn’t have? ASIAN SPICE. I’m currently convincing him we should move to the area to be “closer to his work”, but my true and sinister intention is to be closer to Asian Spice.
