I recently had the pleasure of visiting Waterton Tavern, a small town tavern bar, and I must say, it was an absolutely fantastic experience! From the friendly staff to the live atmosphere and family feel, I give this tavern a solid 5-star rating.
The staff at Waterton Tavern were incredibly welcoming and made me feel like I was part of the family from the moment I walked through the door. They were more than happy to chat with me about the local area and even recommended some of their personal favorite drinks and dishes.
Speaking of drinks and dishes, the live atmosphere was truly electric! The tavern features local musicians and bands, creating a fun and lively atmosphere that's perfect for a night out with friends or family. I found myself tapping my feet to the music and joining in with the lively crowd, making for a truly unforgettable experience.
But what really impressed me was the family feel of the tavern. Whether you're a local or a visitor, you're made to feel right at home at Waterton Tavern. It's clear that the staff and patrons all have a close bond, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere that's hard to come by these days.
Overall, I highly recommend Waterton Tavern to anyone looking for a great night out in a friendly and welcoming environment. The staff, live atmosphere, and family feel make it a must-visit spot for anyone in the area. I can't wait to go back and experience it...
Read moreI really love the Waterton Tavern. I love that we have a place to eat and get a cold one right here in our own little "town" so to speak.
I love the food. Burgers are the best and so are the salads. I really like the owners, especially Mr. Matt and the daytime barmaid/waitress who works M-F till 4 is FANTASTIC. They welcome you by name and a smile (my brain went dead on names, I apologize)!
I loved it when they had live music and when they have their special events. Nice to meet neighbors and new friends.
I regret that I have invited friends/neighbors to meet me there for dinner. They come once, I can't get them to come back. It is just too loud! We all love the Tavern, but we go other places as a group or friends to talk and hang out. Places where we can hear each other better.
I am so excited with the new remodel and can hardly wait to see it. I hope that some plans are being made to make it quieter. I know that it would make a big difference in some customers coming back as the word got out.
I really love the hometown tavern and would love to spend more time there. Everything else is great!!!!! Good luck in the Remodel and the new...
Read moreI just moved into nearby Sterling Ranch and had hopes of this being a new spot for food and drinks. WRONG. I looked at the website ahead of time for the menu, and it sounded good. However, when I walk into a bar or any restaurant, I find it very uncomfortable when the floor is so disgustingly sticky that it literally almost took my shoe off. I let that slide in order to give this place a fair chance. Bad move. The menu didn't match the website, not a hard update to do. My waitress cursed multiple times, describing the rising price of food. Another turn-off. I ordered the daily special of a double cheeseburger, which was described to me as thinner than standard patties, which is great and makes sense. The problem is that the patties (think about McDonald's thickness) weren't even cooked to medium rare. Yuk! Bad service, i.e. no refills of water in 45 minutes of being there, and being treated like an inconvenience for asking for more ketchup since mine was empty. I will not be returning. This place needs a...
