Bugs everywhere crawling around. Mold in room stunk from pets, smelt like a kennel when you walked into room. Complained but the front Desk did not even take my room number or name was so unconcerned. In my opinion if I'm paying over a 100.00 per night I don't want to stay at a place that rooms have serious issues. Especially told, and bugs, and dog odors I wish you all would take away pets, this way your complaints would go away. Need to shut down Hitel and get rid and spray good get rid of bugs and roaches They need to pay employees better because front Desk nor friendly probably under paid everything we stay different staff at the desk The hotel must be old not been renovated to say the least was not happy canceled my stay will not stay there will stay at other igh hotel, needs to have better management from the executives to get things done and evaluate hotels not just put a ban aid on everything. I come there often as my wife quite enjoys the food. The food and service besides when she’s there is great.... but I swear to anyone reading this.... Ashton does not smile and is not friendly.
She is the WORST person to be in customer service. She is rude. Whenever I hear her voice through the intercom, I just hate that I have to deal with her. I’ve tried on almost every occasion to be overly nice just in an attempt to get this angry woman to smile... nothing.

Read moreIf i could post with zero stars I would. Service was terrible. Everybody there was walking around like they had no idea what was going on. We waited behind one person for about 15 minutes (probably because they screwed his order up too). We ordered a gyro and a club wrap with a shake. They tried to give us a coke in place of my shake. Not even knowing I ordered the shake. When we told them what it was supposed to be, they told us the shake machine was down. So after them fooling around for 15 more minutes trying to refund my money for the shake. They come back and give me a sprite in place. We leave. Then realize they didn't even give me the club I ordered they gave me a roast beef sandwich that looked like dog food. Don't recommend this...
