This Bojangles has been pretty good the past few years. The management has been great. However, in the past year I feel like it’s starting to become bad service. Today, I ordered a Grilled Chicken sandwich that was undercooked. I also ordered a regular mashed potato and gravy. I went through the drive thru and I was pulled up and waited for about 20 minutes. I got all the way home and the sandwich had ingredients that were not supposed to be on there (lettuce, tomato). I drove all the way back and got a new sandwhich. I do not think I was given a fresh mash potato and gravy because it was most likely the same one from before. I was not given a refund/comp or any free food for the poor service. Also, another smaller issue that is not as important is delivery. I have been delivering with Uber Eats from this Bojangles for a few years and it has been nothing but great. The food was ready as soon as I got there. Now, I am waiting close to 10 minutes when I get there. I always have to tell the customer that their food isn’t ready and that I will be on the way soon. The older (I think) manager that usually wears a purple shirt and is great. When I see her there I always know my food is going to come out fast. However, there is a manager and he usually wears a black shirt and works in afternoon that is causing most of the issues. Read moreUpdate 12/31/23-1/1/24: Went back and ordered supremes. My mistake. The apparent manager took my order and asked what sauce I wanted, I said honey mustard. I get home 20mins away and there is NO sauce. I called and was told they would replace supremes. The apparent manager is there when I come the next day and says they never do that and refused to do anything. This is truly my last time coming to this location as this day was unnecessarily nasty. But I don’t match low level energy. So they are charging $0.39 for honey mustard for a supremes combo when it has always come with a sauce. Read moreHey, Bojangles, I’m going to be very upfront… I have about had it with the robot drive-thru thingy!!!! I’m tired of it. Give us back the lady who can actually modify meal requests and who calls me “baby” 4-5 mornings a week, making me feel like we are family. We all miss her! We want her back!!! Half the reason I came here was because, of course, the breakfast is always slammin’, but also because of the customer service. She was so awesome to order with. I’m over being offered a d* cookie at 5:30 in the morning. It’s getting tougher and tougher to say no.
Just give the people what they want. And that is an actual person. Not a robot who can’t even eat breakfast. Jeeeesus.
