I went to this McDonald's on July 12, 2025. I ordered 2 mango pineapple smoothies to go with both the meals I ordered. I went through the drive thru & paid for everything. I got to the second window & got my food & no smoothies. I was told to pull up behind a white suv. The lady in the white suv I guess she was tired of waiting so she got out & went inside and got her order & drove off. I pulled up some more waiting on my smoothies. The young lady who told me to pull up walked by my car twice taking orders to the parked cars in the pick up order spots. She stopped by my car & asked me what was I waiting for. I told her I was waiting on my two mango pineapple smoothies that I had ordered and paid for. She tells me they was out of mango pineapple and they only had strawberry banana left. I said that was fine, so I wait some more. After waiting a while I got out my car & went inside with my receipt. I went up to the register & no one was there so I said excuse trying to get someone's attention but noone wanted to answer me. I yelled again can I get my smoothies and a young girl said the smoothie machine was down. I said yall could have told me that when I ordered. She said it had just went down when I ordered. I told the girl who told me to pull up to give me my money back for the smoothies. They told me to pull up like they were going to bring me my smoothies to the car & they didn't. Someone could have came to my car & told me the smoothie machine was down & ask if I wanted to substitute my drinks or would I like a refund back for the smoothies. Noone act like they wanted to help me. I held my composure very well considering how I really wanted to act & the things I wanted to say. No matter how busy a place is, good customer service goes a long way. None of these employees have good customer service skills and they going to run this restaurant...

My husband and I were met at the counter by two young women...I refuse to say ladies because ladies do not behave that way. Anyway...they were both laughing, cursing and throwing paper at each other. They were obviously making fun of a couple of other customers that were seated. They were making no secret of their intentions to make fun of the customers. After we finally got their attention and our orders were taken, we both received the wrong order. They were upset that we even bothered to let them know that the order was not ours. When we did receive our orders, it was cold...both the burgers and the fries. I actually stood at the counter and watched them correct my order only to observe both of our wrapped burgers were tossed to the woman at the front...not handed...actually tossed maybe 6-8 feet. No surprise there either because the kitchen staff was also horsing around, laughing and swearing just like the front end help. It was loud enough that the customers...with children....could hear the swearing in the dining area. While waiting there were several drive thru customers coming in with orders that were wrong as well. The trash receptacles beside the drink machine were over flowing with trash and a bad smell coming from it...as if it hadn't been emptied in a while. The tables were dirty and overall the place was filthy. I plan to try and find the owner of this particular store because I can't believe that they are aware of this and letting it happen. I'm sorry for the rant but I realize I'm not dining in a fancy restaurant, but it is my money that I work for and you would like it to be fresh...
Read moreWow! I am never one to throw race around but this was a glaring example of anti-white racism. The staff is incredibly rude and refused to help me because of race. When I walked up to order the man looked at me, walked away and told someone else "you gotta do it." (He returned to the register after I ordered and helped the line of African Americans behind me.)After getting the food my husband asked for mayo. No one would give him any, they looked and kept walking. On my husbands burger we asked to sub the quarter pounder onions for the regular cheeseburger onions; his burger was coated in about a half of a cup of onions. Later, he asked for tea (the self serve station was out) and the lady responded with "no" and turned and walked away. He asked "no, you don't have any or no you're not going to refill my cup?" Someone else overheard and got him tea. I ordered a McFlurry for the road on the self serve kiosk and the order said processing and then went away. When I asked they told me they don't have that kind. I said ok, but I still want one because I paid for it. I ended up getting an Oreo McFlurry. The lady handed me a cup of ice cream with Oreo pieces on top. I asked isn't it supposed to be mixed? She said oh, you want me to stir it? I just smiled said no and left. What the hell?! This wasn't our first choice, but due to a recent remodel the place looked clean and we decided it would be a decent stop to feed the kids on the way to the beach. Boy were we wrong. The building is the only thing going for this place. We were one of two groups of white people in the building... lots of off duty employees hanging out and friends of employees which made the whole dining...
