McDonald's — Restaurant in Columbia

My husband and I visited this location 2911 Two Notch Road going through the drive thru around 5:45pm yesterday evening (April 20th). We had asked for the Mcpick 2 for $5.00. The young man taking the order stated they longer had that, so I turned and saw the sign big as day advertised on the fence and I stated this to the young man, so my husband asked two more times making sure he understood him well about not having the Mcpick for 2. So we proceeded to order something else, a double cheese burger, a mac chicken ketchup and mustard only 2 small fries and a ice cream cone. So when we got to the pay window I asked the young lady did they still have the Mcpick she stated yes and that is when we proceeded to tell her what the young man had told us she asked would we like to change our order told her no since there was a line forming behind us. When we got to the window I asked to speak with the young man about giving us the wrong information, evidently there was a lot of going back and forth with who took the order and what was said so by now I was not in the mood for an attitude from a young adult. So from the time we pulled out of the drive thru which was 5:46pm to 6:13pm I called the store (19) times. From the constant ringing or them switching it to the fax machine no one would pick up the phone. But it wasn’t until we were quite a ways from the McDonald’s that is when we notice my husband order was wrong; instead of him getting his mac chicken he got a cheeseburger ketchup mustard only. Now this is completely ridiculous not only were we not able to get what we wanted for the beginning but now they have messed up my husband order as well. All around the customer service to the professionalism was just unacceptable. Management really needs to focus on training someone more qualified to serve the people then just hiring anyone off the streets to have a body present in...

went to this location 9/18/2025 8:48pm … upon my arrival, both lanes had about 4-5 cars at every speaker. No car moved for about 15mins.. Once i got to the speaker , nobody greeted me .. i waited for about another 20-25mins & nobody said anything. i drove around to the 1st window & there a lady stood w/ no headset on … i asked her “ is no one taking orders at the 1st speaker” she replied & said “ no one’s back there at either “ STRANGE ! she agreed to take my order at the window .. no apology .. nothing ! i get to the 2nd window & i see a tall burly dread head man walking around w/ a headset on (presumably the manager) doing absolutely nothing but stocking up cups while others also looked confused as if they weren’t busy … i get my order .. the young lady w/ 2 braids was polite .. but here’s another problem … i asked for sauce & she responded “ he’s going to make me charge u a dollar for 4 “ nobody rung in the sauce so im assuming he’s pocketing the money. when did mcds charge for sauce ? once i got home , i opened my mcchicken (which had the taste of onions as if it had been sitting on a dirty prep table …) other than that it was fine .. but then i opened my double CHEESEBURGER.. to be met w/ NO CHEESE ! the only thing they got right was no pickles no onions … i went to return my sandwich and was once again not greeted or apologized to by management. he stood in the middle of the floor & kept mean mugging me ! yall have to do better ! he is a HOT MESS & needs to...

I went through drive through about 9:40 pm me & my 2yr old there was 1 car in front of me placed my order only to get to the window to get my food. & was told pull up waiting on cookies. I ordered a Mc Chicken meal & 3 chocolate chip cookies. I waited 20min no one ever came out so I got out to see why they didn't even know what I ordered so I told them& said I have to go back to the car cause my baby was in thee car. Set out there5 more mins then backed up to the drive through window .mind u Cause they had no customers & blew my horn knocked on the window they were walking around laughing going outside so finally a worker came to window& said wow u still didn't get ur order I said no I want to see the manager again because when I went in the store after waiting so long outside he was upfront like he didn't even care that I was still waiting so the worker comes back with a bag that's not my order & the manager wouldn't even come to the window so I said just give me my money back so I can go & by the way I recorded how they were just doing what they wanted & not working& ingnoring the fact that i waited over 30mins & still didn't get my order & have the manager on camera peeping around the corner with a smirk on his face I was so pissed at the poor service at this fast-food restaurant & wish I could rate it a 000 & would like to know who could I contact to show & report...
