I wish I could give this place ZERO stars!

I've tried to give it another shot -- i figured they must've had a bad day because they were busy-- looks like that wasn't the issue! Thank God I cancelled my order before I paid this go round! They just seem to get worse with how they treat their customers. The issue is them. The fact we all still have the nerve to keep this restaurant in business baffles me!

Very unprofessional! Rude! Disrespectful! I literally had to drive 25 minutes to go to another restaurant - which is worth the drive. I thought McDonald's customer service was horrible-- this is by far the absolute worse! Please take your hard earn money to another place that value you and your time. Somewhere that'll provide great customer service and great tasteful food! I can guarantee you WILL be disappointed coming to...

Went on a Saturday night around 9pm. Was not too busy and the service was very fast. The inside is still COVID regulated which means no places to really sit and eat and most people wait in the car. The food was really good, the rice was surprisingly good as most Chinese restaurants rice is honestly just acceptable but this was actually really good. I always get chicken and wings at a new spot cause if you can't do the basics I'm not getting advanced items. The general TSO was a little stringy so I just ended up just chewing on pieces for longer than I wanted and had to throw half of them away so I would probably avoid that. I would recommend and definitely go again as the wings were great and I would try...

This restaurant is fantastic. The food is definitely worth your money (kind of on the expensive side), but worth every dollar. I get the Braised chicken wings (whole wings) with pork fried rice and on top of being really delicious, the food is filling. You will definitely have left-overs as well. Customer service needs a little work however. The woman who works there is really kind and everything, but the guy who takes your orders can be a bit rude, both on the phone and in person. Other than him fixing his attitude, I definitely give Peking Wok II a thumbs up👍🏼. So, if you are on Broad River Road, in the Food Lion Plaza and have a taste for some Chinese food, you may want to give Peking...

I read some of the reviews about service was rude. I felt it when I ordered my food in person. I don't think they are rude it is the way they are or speaks with a loud voice. They are just a lack of self awareness and customer service experience. However, in this area, serving Chinese food and their food isn't bad. I found it better than most Chinese fast food in the big city. If I have to compare with Panda Express, then Peking Wok is better. I found the price is higher than most Chinese take outs, but they do give more meat, which is worth the price, plus good taste. This is a take out restaurant. It looks like it used to be dine in and take out.

This is the dirtiest restaurant environment that I've ever been. So uninviting and dingy. I guess people just come in here to order to-go because nobody was eating in there throughout the time I was there. People just order and go and I did the same because I wouldn't have been able to sit down and consume my food right there. It makes me wonder how neat the kitchen area would be if the sitting area looks so dirty. The other review about this place think they serve cat and dog meat instead of beef, can someone else confirm this?
