Worst customer service ever. My Soror and I was sitting in the car in front of her shop talking for about 5 minutes. As soon as we walked into her shop she had the rudest attitude and look on her face. She said was that the two of you sitting in the car in front of my shop. There was no hi welcome to my shop, no hi how may I help you, but was that you sitting in the car, as if sitting in a car is a crime. I said yes, why is there a problem with sitting in a car. She said no, but as you know Broad River Rd has some crazy people in this area. I immediately said no I don't know, I'm from NY. Her customer service never got better. My Soror purchased some items. The items that I saw was over priced. I owned more than half the items in her shop and I paid 40% less for the same items. Needless to say, I will NEVER visit that shop again. She even had the nerve to say, it's nice to see new faces from out of town. She will never have to worry about seeing this face again. Black owned businesses need to work on their customer service. It's hard to support Black owned and operated businesses when they have overpriced items and a...

I spoke with her twice on the phone and after the second call, I could not reach her. I finally had to go to the store and do you know I did not get my jacket and she (Cynthia) is refusing to give me a refund on a jacket that she don't have and it's still not ready 2 months later 😡. Now I have to go through my credit card company to dispute the charges, "non received goods" I am boycotting "Calling All...

I was the only customer in the building, yet I had to greet the customer service rep myself, 3 minutes after entering the building. I asked to see a product on the wall and I was met with a attitude like I was bothering her. I love to patronize black owned businesses but the visits here are going to be few, far,...
