Update…. To the owner, I went to see my son graduate. Out of all the food choice options, we chose your place. Sadly, we were treated disrespectfully. It was Tuesday the 17th at 1130hrs. Due to the unfriendly staff you choose to keep employed, we chose to eat off base for the next 3 days. Thankfully, we met so many other wonderful people in South Carolina. When we move there we will not return to your store until you have assured us and the many other military families and troops that this unfriendly employee is gone.
Apparently, the OWNER knows about their lack of customer service. I’ve read the reviews going back 3 years! 3 years!! I wonder if the older female working drive thru is the owner ? She’s horrible! The reviews about her go back 3 years! I was there June 17,2025. I will be calling Fort Jackson HQ and lodging a complaint. Maybe then the owner will do something? The older lady waiting on us at the drive through on family day was rude! I asked her a question and instead of answering it, she slammed the window in my face. She didn’t ask what sauce we wanted, got mad when I didn’t leave the drive through so I could ask for a specific sauce. Read moreI've been to this location (drive thru) every day for 3 weeks straight to try the new blackened chicken sandwich. Each day they tell me that "they are out of it".
I finally said, "when will you have them back in stock because I've been here everydayfor 3 weeks now trying to get it?" The lady on the microphone said, "probably next year!"
I then said, "Ma'am it would be nice if you'd put a sign on the blackened chicken item that says not available....just like you have on these dessert items" I went on to say, "I'd rather know BEFORE I get in this (one way out) line...and be forced to wait for nothing!
I then mentioned....OH, i see why the 2 cars ahead of me never stopped at the window to pick up any food....they probablyalso wanted the blackened chicken sandwich and once you told them that it was not available....they couldn't back up....but instead was forced to be stuck with the traffic flow of this drive thru!
I'm upset that the employees KNOW that that sandwich is not available and don't give the customer(s) a heads up until they're to far in the drive thru to pull off and go elsewhere....but instead are forced to sit and waste time for nothing.

Read moreTerrible service. Waited in the drive thru at the box for ten minutes before ordering. Went to order a 5 piece tender with red beans and rice. They ring me up for a three piece with mashed potatoes. I told them at the window they said they would put five in the box and the red beans, They didn’t. They gave me three of the smallest pieces they could find and fries. And forgot my sauces and honey packet. Went to go back to tell them they messed up my order and they said “sorry sir were closed now”. Like you wasn’t closed when you walked me out my wrong order. How are you closed now?? I’m never going back again. This isn’t the first time they’ve messed up my order. But I promise you it will be their last. If you want Popeyes go somewhere else. Just terrible.
