Starbucks — Restaurant in Columbia

we waited in line for over an hour and there were three people behind bar . this is not only extremely stressful for customers but for the baristas and that is not fair . the employees are being overworked and not tipped and people are standing at the register for 10 minutes trying to figure out what to order . we ended up getting to the front of the line after an hour and then after 10 minutes we still were not helped so we just left because we had to get back to base on time . there were employees aimlessly wandering and not working behind the bar and they could have been helping the struggling ones behind the counter . the place was completely a mess and trashes were overflowing and the drinks were spilled and it was loud and an uncomfortable environment...

This is the worst place ever I went in early in the morning wasn't greeted by the black female, but the white male stocking was the most nice. The black female rolled her eyes, would not ooen her mouth when i tried to make her laugh. So rude n i was so embarrassed I left there crying. A white customer came in after me when served before me why I waited for my coffee with no apology no smile nothing I know we are better than that as a society and why was I treated like that when I just came in for a cup of coffee trying to be nice. Sheesh of the sled the coffee towards me and quickly turn rolling her eyes totally caught me off guard I just left there not knowing what to say I would never go back Dunkin...

I love coming to this Starbucks..because it's location is on Fort Jackson. The staff is great, its clean...only thing that I dont like is that when using my Starbucks account...the app gives you rewards for free food or drinks. They dont honor it at this location. So if I want any free items I have earned with points, I have to go off post. Also, with same app, they give you incentives to get more points by purchasing specific items. When I buy them at this location, I think I'm getting the points and I'm not, not sure why because they are scanning it like the other locations. So that just makes me have to wait and go to Forest drive location instead. Other than...
