They should be trained not to hand out cups with damaged rims because the lid falls off. They hold the card device so you can read the screen to leave a tip. Then, they continue to hold it at that angle when you present a card, and every time, I'm like, my arm doesn't bend that way. I suppose that's largely due to the spread tapping to pay, but it's it's pretty annoying.

First time ordering from this location and I didn't like my drink at all. The new strawberry funnel cake drink doesn't look like what I was given on any advertisements. I received a watered down whipped cream and strawberry mashup. Incredibly disappointed.

Not only are the people that work here wonderful at their job, but they are caring and compassionate when it comes to issues that are outside of their job description. Yesterday, I was visiting this Starbucks location (as I do everyday) and my car broke down in the drive thru line. As soon as I had let them know what happened, they were offering to help me push my car out of the line into a parking space, and offering any help that they could. They were constantly checking on me to see if I needed anything during the 2 hours that I was there, and even brought out a cookie and a water for me. This Starbucks has been a constant disappointment for the last couple of months. Very seldom do I get my coffee correct, which is a simple milk and sugar coffee. Yet today they toped it off with a 30 minute wait in drive thru and an additional wait for them to make my coffee correct. (They gave me iced instead of hot, and as I type this I realize they gave me black coffee instead of milk and sugar) I strongly suggest you take the extra 10 minutes and go to the Starbucks by Target. I’ve never gone out of my way to leave a review before, but I went through this Starbucks the other day and had the best service person!

The guy had a short beard and glasses and talked to me in the drive thru and went out of his way to help me out when one of the other employees were busy. I found out he was one of the managers after and you could see it with how he was so quick to fix problems and kept that place together. This employee also asked me about my day and talked to me while he helped me out. I will keep coming back to this Starbucks...
