One week ago attempted to place a phone order the phone rang and rang with no answer so went there in person. Told âTimothyâ about attempting to call and he replied âthe phone never rangâ his co-worker (a lady) said âYes it did, several timesâ. Timothy shrugged âwell maybe it didâ. Then argues with me on what I can or canât substitute on a Italian BMT, even after assuring him I would pay for whatever up charge he was still argumentive with an attitude.
2nd experience: I came into this subway. Timothy tells me âitâs going to be a momentâ and begins loading bread in the oven for what seems like 10 minutes.

   Read moreI wish I could give it 0 stars. The store manager makes coming here miserable. He is so terrible I make sure to drive by the store first, if he is working I go to jersey Mike's. Its not worth having him make me, the customer, feel like I'm a burden. I just want to order my sandwich, pay, and leave. I've seen him talk down on an elderly man for being slow, in front of me. I was so disgusted I choose not to come anymore. I wish they would promote a deserving employee with good customer service to his position.
