I drove 30 minutes round trip to visit the stop. I had difficulty getting the gentleman at the register to understand what I wanted. I order a Greek Gyro salad with extra dressing. I repeated a couple times because he did not seem to understand. I should have checked my food but they tied the bag, so I drove back to work and I unfortunately found a Greek salad no Gyro meat! That was the reason I drove all the way out there! I won’t be back!

Food needs more moisture, the steak was dry and mixed with the pita made a mouthful needing water. It had plenty of sauce, but too thick to make a difference. I’d take a juice from the tomatoes or something, anything to help the dryness. The taste profile is nice, but again i’m distracted by the lack of moisture. I think it could be great but if you’re going to make gyros they need a good drip to them. Fries are also okay.

The food is amazing. They offer a multitude of choices. The rice is fluffy and delicious. There gyros are scrumptious. I have never had a bad meal here. I love trying new things. They also offer deals on certain days. So if you want to save money, be sure to order those. Plus, they have yogurt and a Sneaky Pete’s in the same store. A little bit of everything for everyone. It’s a must try.

My husband and I stopped in on Sunday afternoon (4/13/25) to get a quick bite to eat. We’ve visited this chain before in Columbus, GA a few times and it has always been consistent with quality food for a reasonable price. There was only 1 employee working there. The inside was clean and orderly and she greeted us and was very friendly. She even apologized because she was the only person working. Here’s our issue: we paid $51.00 for 2 steak bowls. What we received was definitely not steak and IMO, no where near $51.00 worth of food. In each bowl there was less than a half a cup of bland rice, a kids sized salad with hardly any feta, onions, banana peppers, tomatoes, etc. and 3 tiny strips of half burnt, old tasting gyro meat. This has not been our experience when eating at other PITA locations in the past. We would not recommend this location to anyone as we were...

My mother was in town, and I’m a huge fan of Mediterranean food so I decided to order some food for myself and my mom to share. She picked up the food since I had to work late. I asked for a pita sandwich meal and a piece of bakalava cheesecake. The staff I spoke to over the phone was rude, which initially set me off. Then when I get home from work, I find that the cheesecake I ordered had been left off. They were already closed so I had to call back the next day. I explained that I live 50 minutes away so it’s not an easy trip to go back. They said the best they could do was give me the cheesecake whenever I come in again, which will probably be NEVER now. This is a SHAME because Mediterranean food is hard to come by in these areas. If it weren’t for the horrible customer service, I might have actually considered making a trip just to get food from there every...

I love this restaurant and I've gone to this location once before and had no problems but this time... I ordered and paid for extra sauce and extra lettuce and it was the same the other times I've ordered without anything extra. I didn't check my order till I got home because it was an order for 6 people. For the loaded fries I added the comment of no white creamish thingy and they still put it on. AND the worse thing is that my sister's salad had 2 hairs... I really didn't want to put this... but if it had happened to me I would be really upset. Anybody would have gone back to exchange it but we did drive 30 min and were in a tight schedule. My salad was fine except for the extra salad and extra sauce part, hence I gave it a 2 star instead of a 1 star and because customer...
