Cousin Vinny's Pizza — Restaurant in Columbus

Their corporate structure apparently treats people like they're wothless. I arrived at my first visit as the store opened late (because of Manager #1, who is MIA). Employee shows up for afternoon shift, calls Corporate HQ to ask what to do, still has no way to open the store, laments the fact that corporate will probably blame Manager #2 for the problem (even though it's not Manager #2's fault). Manager #2 shows up (it's not even his shift) and opens the store. Then he proceeds to cuss out Employee for getting him in trouble by calling Corporate HQ (who wouldn't have known otherwise). Swears at Employee until Employee just walks out. I follow Employee out the door.

When 'stuff' rolls downhill this bad, it often lands on the customer. Corporate (and apparently everybody else) made such a fuss because the store wasn't open for business. Ironically, the customer (me) who didn't mind waiting 10 minutes for Manager #2, left after it opened because this is the kind of fuss that makes disgruntled employees spit in your food.

Placed a delivery order online, received confirmation and estimated delivery time of an hour. No problem with the hour delivery time, worked out with my plans. Over an hour goes by so I decide to call. I was told they can't deliver and they have been meaning to call me and let me know but haven't. So I go to pick my pizza up because by this time as any normal person I was hungry. I arrived and was told immediately "you will have to wait". I haven't even been in the door more than 5 seconds. I told them that I have been waiting for over an hour to get my order so I decided to come pick it up. I was then told they didn't even bother to make my order. So now I have to deal with the 3rd party online ordering company to try and get a refund. All this could have been avoided by a simple phone call informing me they could not complete my order. Over all the lack of follow through by this location leaves me with a very poor opinion. I am a firm believer in Word of Mouth, I can say this was my first and last experience with...

Best pizza in the Columbus/Arlington area! My family loves it so much, we have it once a week and ALWAYS look forward to it. I don't know how their ingredients are so different from other pizza places. But you can certainly taste the quality! Wings, breadsticks and desserts are also delicious. Haven't had their pasta, but I'm sure it's worth it. In comparison to other pizza places, their prices are very competitive. If you're looking for something different to enjoy this weekend, look no further! This is the only restaurant I've signed up for loyalty rewards/coupons because I know we'll keep coming here as long as we live nearby.

Also, I recently had an issue with an online gift card that was purchased through their website. I reached out to someone via their local Facebook page and was helped in a timely and respectful manner. Great customer service!
