Machete truly cuts down the competition: with their offerings, their taste, and their smiles 🙌 So often we visit here, and, yes… it tastes great every time. Although, sometimes it tastes better than great - it’s exceptional. The preferred order for us includes 3 Regular Steak Tacos & a combo of chicken or steak tacos with lettuce & cheese, only. We ask for the tortillas to be crisped up a bit and that’s on point!! You want to talk about salsa sauces — absolutely incredible. I always dress my steak tacos with 2 green, then a lil splash of the red. The latter is caliente with exceptional flavor! Less than always we opt for churros. What. The. Heck. Where have these been all of my life?! The caramel sauce that comes with it is so dippable and delish! Forewarning, you may get some cinnamon sugar just about everywhere on you 😂. But who cares, they’re totally worth it! The employees working at the truck are the sweetest, kindest, and most gracious individuals. We ordered the Birria tacos and were extremely disappointed. The consome was so watered down it was completely flavorless. It was like dipping the taco in warm water, and the taco shells were already soggy before dipping, it was a mess. The salsas we're also watered down and flavorless. It seemed like maybe they were trying to stretch it so they added water but they went way too far. No flavor whatsoever, I couldn't believe it. Everything looked and smelled so good but it tasted...

Outstanding tacos served in warm corn tortillas. Al pastor, carnitas, chicken, steak, tripe, and several other varieties of meat fillings - all delicious. There are plenty of other options (burritos, nachos, etc....) too, but my group stuck with just the tacos. They were so good that we ate there for lunch and still came back a few hours later for more. It's just a food truck in a parking lot, but you know it's going to be good when the other customers order...
