(I was a regular for this location atleast once a week)
Saying this review because I will never go to this location ever again because of a temp manager constantly on her phone facetiming somebody while she makes pizza the whole hour I was there, and my free rewards order pizza was wrong after the fact she said she never got it, but then later it was made, then then the original pizza was mixed up with another guys order that left the place! So I waited even longer for everything to be completed including them retiring up a second pizza then she put those bad green peppers on it anyway founding out and all I wanted was one pepperoni rewards large pizza, what do I get? I get a medium pepperoni with green shriveled up small thin sliced green peppers on it.
I did 3 orders and not 2 because of this temp manager lady. My first order i ordered my girlfriends meal and my second order i just wanted to use my reward points on a pepperoni pizza, which was supposed to be a large by the way and not a medium I found out. Because of her(temp manager) saying to me she never got it, I had to do a new combo deal as my third for 19 more dollars.
Warning....... st Jude hospital rounding up, even if you say no it will still auto charge you on the app itself. Even though i do donate to st. Jude, its not right for a stupid dominos app to still charge you up a dollar when you specifically say no on the app itself! It happened to both my orders!
On her defense, she was nice to me and she thanked me when I said 2 dollar tip and that everybody should give tips, even doordash delivery people, I've done it others should too.
Atleast the bad peppers were in basically one spot on both pizzas to pluck them out quicker.
This really was degrading how I think of dominos now and I still do have the region managers business card, but I'll just do a review insted of talking to him. I always loved this dominos until last night situation, everything was flipflopped, even cutting of the pizzas were not great, had to use my own pizza cutter. So done with dominos now. (Edited, changed to 1 star from 3 to get more attention to the owner about my comments) this place really turned bad on my last visit, workers gets easily confused, one delivery driver was also complaining that's pretty old, he wanted to give his resignation to the owner or regional manager, and I know why, I can see how understaffed this place is at the same time which makes the quality...
Read moreI am extremely unhappy with Dominos Pizza. I ordered a pizza on their app for curbside delivery at 2185 Riverside Drive, Upper Arlington, OH store. It shows a tracker and says that if they pizza is not brought out to the car 2 minutes after it's ready, then it will be free. The estimated pickup time was 9:01 till 9:11. I clicked on "I'm Here" several times but, it kept saying, "Something went wrong". SO, I called the store and told them I was there waiting. The pizza was still baking at that time because I was early. Well.....9:11 came and the pizza didn't. At 9:13 I looked at the tracker and it said is was ready. At 9:17 I called them again because the pizza hadn't come out to the car. They said it wasn't free because you have to report it on the app. I said I called because the app wasn't working and I couldn't help that they had poor reception. The guy said that he was just trying to help me (yeah, right). (He claimed to be the manager). The pizza would not be free (I had already paid on the app). So, I told him that I would never order from that Domino's again. He said "Ok, not my problem". Then I called back to find out the names of the manager and the franchise owner. The girl (Sandy) wouldn't tell me. Said she could only give me the online info. I didn't take it because I was driving but, I came home and filled out a complaint. Read moreI've placed delivery orders frequently from this location. The drivers are generally friendly so good on them.
My orders however are almost always wrong. I've just shrugged it off for a while because I know mistakes get made but at this point I'm done placing orders at this location.
Extra sauce that I regularly order? Nope, going to be a regular amount. Order it cut into squares? Good luck on that. Hot sauce on half or the whole thing? How about none at all?
Of special note on this last order I stupidly forgot to enable my phones ringer and missed the drivers call. That's on me, I screwed up, cold pizza is what I've earned. Opening the coke that was delivered to me on the drivers return trip, it immediately sprayed everywhere. Maybe that's just an unlucky coincidence, or maybe the driver was resentful for being sent back. I can shrug that off and assume the former considering the good interactions I've had with the drivers in the past. Is the pizza at least correct this time? It's a new record: sauce is wrong, no hot sauce, and cut incorrectly, all special requests are incorrect.
I'm good on this location for the forseeable future, I've got a Donato's within walking...
