Pointe Tavern — Restaurant in Columbus

What would’ve been a 5-star review is now a 2-star mixed review.

Had great service, pizza and beers at Pointe when the waitress mentioned she wanted to cash out our group since she was heading home. All good, cashed us out but somehow misplaced my credit card (never found).

Not the end of the world, but I had already ordered another beer from the new waiter…Rather than comping me one draft beer (I couldn’t pay because they lost my card), he made one of my friends pay for the beer to cash me out. Talk about...

Just- dirty. I mean going between the nice places in Grandview, and Upper Arlington we popped in here for a quick beer and check the score of the cbj game. Bartender was very nice, bar top was sticky and gross.. the bathroom was 2 outta 10! Absolutely unsanitary.. Will not make that mistake again. I like a good dive as much as anyone- but wow. Would had stayed with 1 star, however bartender...

Great place. Atmosphere is welcoming, TVs are plentiful. The menu is strong from top to bottom. Burgers are top notch, but the food that really shines is the Mexican fare. Tamales, tacos, enchiladas, etc... all delicious.
