I just tried Frontier for the first time with some friends. I have a severe nut allergy and specifically asked multiple times if there were any nuts in the banana bread as there is no allergy signage in the establishment. We were assured by multiple employees there were not any nuts in the bread. As soon as I bit into the bread, it triggered an allergic reaction as there were chopped nuts in the bread not visible to the naked eye. I would highly encourage a meeting among staff to ensure this doesnât happen again. I was lucky enough to act before the allergy affected me too severely, but this incident was scary and couldâve been easily avoided with the proper training by management.
