Great Wall Chinese Restaurant — Restaurant in Columbus

I tried to call my order in..the lady on phone hung up on me..so decided to drive order and wait....got there only one lady working there and three guys..Ordered my food. The lady was rude in person..She grabbed my money. Waited 10 minutes got my food and left. As i am at home eating food she calls and says you ordered egg roll when come pick up....i told her i tried to order over the phone but she hung up on me...as i am trying to explain myself she hung up on me again. That is fine...i do not recommend this place to anyone..the people are rude and some of my food was hard and burnt and then the other...

Great place. NOT because it's challenging to find, or because the front door is smashed, or because their atm machine is broken, or because none of the furniture matches, or because yh et uh don't accept credit cards or checks. Nope.

Great place. BECAUSE everyone in the kitchen is yelling Chinese at each other, food is great, and it's fast. I'm confident that the only person who knew English was the 19 year old at the register.

If you're scared of places like this that's fine, because the rest of us love good food and don't want you ahead of us in line. Hell yeah great wall. Hell...

I actually just got off the phone with one of the employees there. I told him how horrible the food was and he told me he didn't care. I was racially profiled as being some ghetto hood rat. When in fact I am a college graduate and come from a family of ministers and bishops. I talked to him very professional. I even gave him customer service tips. The food had a bug in it and it wasn't even the correct order. Smh. Never going here again. You don't have to worry about that. Such a tactless place of...
