Had an incredible time at Hoster Brewery! The atmosphere was nothing short of amazing, combining a cozy, historical vibe with a great modern twist. The service was top-notch – our bartender was not only friendly but also super knowledgeable, sharing some fascinating history about the brewery, including how they have brewers' notes from the 1800s when the company first started.
The German-style beer was absolutely incredible, perfectly crafted with rich flavors. The back bar area was a true gem – they have this old bar they only paid $100 for, and seeing it in person was definitely a highlight of the visit. It added such a cool touch to the experience. Definitely worth going to see all the cool decorations including Elvis next to the Jukebox.
The patrons were all friendly, and we ended up having some great conversations. Plus, the pizza was delicious! Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for great beer, a welcoming atmosphere, and a taste of history. If your near the Airport it is worth going to see. Can’t...

This quality paired with the complementary snacks, functioning jukebox, and cozy Americana-meets-Irish pub aesthetic (beware the whiplash of stepping in from the barren parking lot) marks this brewery as a true diamond in the rough and certainly a new favorite among our group from this year's passport.
