La Campana Cocina Y Cantina — Restaurant in Columbus

This seems like a great concept in the downtown area, but I feel the food could have been better. The salsa had table pepper flakes in it, which provided the only flavor profile to it. I wish there had been more vegetables within the salsa. As for my meal, I ordered a taco salad. It was shaped a bit different from the regular bowl shape, which gave it a unique experience. Although, the ground beef is what lost me on the dish. It seemed very watery and mushy. I'd like to give this place another go, but for now, I have not had a great meal here. Regarding service, I had a table of one. The restaurant was not bustling, but it took a long time for my order to be taken. Another waitress had to tell someone to finally get my order. 5 Stars La Campana is at the top of the charts for Mexican food in Columbus. The flavors are real, the portions are solid, and the service is always on point.

It’s great to see a new restaurant open up here that leads with service, great food, and a genuinely good experience. You can tell how much time, effort, and heart went into building this place, and choosing to open it in Columbus says a lot.

It is FINALLY HERE!!! We have awaited for this spot to finally open its doors for years and let me tell you..it was worth it!

My husband and I ordered safe dishes our first visit inside and boy was it delicious! After our first visit we have tried at least three other dishes and all have been perfect. Cooked perfectly, tastes great. These folks know what they're doing!
