KFC — Restaurant in Columbus

Okay. So I am currently on the east side of Columbus, Ohio. I went here to this KFC to get some good chicken, but I wanted to use the restroom facilities first. First of all, I got denied. I got denied from doing that because they said both the restrooms were overflowing. This is the common thing that I'm getting when I am in the area of Oakland Park and Cleveland Avenue, and anywhere in between within a 10-mile radius. They will not let you use their restrooms at all. Why they have been like that, I got no idea for that, no reasoning for that. But the point is, it's unacceptable and they keep their facility very dirty. Nobody does any power washing.

They actually have homeless people in the back where they are trying to live, and that's not okay either. But the thing is, they have trash all over the facility. They also don't keep the place upkeep like they should. So I can only imagine the way that they are actually presenting this, if they're going to be able to get solid clients. And those ones that are, do they even know how dirty and nasty this KFC is? I don't think they are.

So in my humble opinion, I feel they definitely need to get the actual CEO in here and actually taking a look at this place because it's going down, and it's going down in a very bad way. I don't see this continuing in the next—I would say next six months to a year, this place will be shut down.

And yes, I am the reviewer. Yes, I am a YouTuber. Yes, I will go above and beyond to save the people and make people aware of trash businesses when they have practices that are just unacceptable. And this right here is so unacceptable. We got beer bottles, we got trash, we got needles, dirty needles laying around the facility. And you think that people want to come here, a place to eat? Let alone even go to the restroom.

So again, don't come here if you want to especially have any type of chicken, because you want that damn leg bucket of chicken. Go to Popeyes, guys. Go to Popeyes. It's a way...

They messed up my order and I waited for over a half hour for them to fix it. I was told that they were making the food fresh...for over a half hour. No apology for the wait or the mistake. I told the manager that it would be a good thing to apologize in such a circumstance. He responded that I never gave him a chance which was a bold face lie as I had already explained what had happened. Plus I just asked for my money back and handed him the receipt, he then asked if I paid with cash and I said that I had paid with a credit card. He rudely told me that he needed the card then if I wanted my money back. Still no apology. It was a horrible experience in the manner that it was handled. The older lady who I originally told didn't even respond, she just looked at me crazy and left the window. She must've told the manager because that's when I became unfortunate enough to experience him. What is so crazy, is that I just started eating KFC again and this happens. I was so upset that I called customer service and never received a call back. If you like KFC stay away from this location because they will make sure that you never want to ever eat...

Last time we ordered from here everything was burnt made me not want to get KFC, today I tried giving them the benefit of the doubt, lol low and behold no answer and diningroom is closed, why is the dinning room closed at 3:14pm on a Saturday. I give up on this location, should start treatin customers better before u cause this place to close down because the lack of money u are making., Just got food from there they tried not giving us our drink, didn't give us our mashed potatoes, nor sauces. Yup never going back and instead of giving us tea which comes with the order after we complained about it they gave us a lemonade, yup not going back to this location, thanks for your service. August 12th I had to use the restroom so I decided to go in. First time going inside this location. It was beyond disgusting and very unsanitary. When walking to restroom I was wearing flip flops every step I took my foot got stuck to the floor when I finally got to the restroom the toilet still had alot of human things in it and was broke so it wouldn't flush.
