Tonight was the first time ordering from this location and it will be my last. I ordered my food on the website which is as easy. It popped an alert guaranteeing my order by 637pm. I get an email confirming my order then another at 625pm that my order was going in the oven. Smooth process! I then get a text message at 706pm stating my order would be delivered by 746pm and there was a link! It was DoorDash! When I select the link the driver wasn’t even there. So now I know my pizza was going to be cold! I get another text at 714pm that my order was picked up and at the same time I get an email from Marcos stating my order was delivered! And it obviously wasn’t. My pizza did not arrive to my home until 726pm (an HOUR) after my pizza went in the oven! My pizza and cheesy bread is luke warm. The ranch & marinara sauce was shoved under my cheesy bread cause it to be bent upwards. I also was missing my extra ranch and garlic sauce! This was such a horrible experience! A frozen pizza would’ve been better and cheaper! To order through the website then to change to DoorDash. Emails that were not accurate and food was not hot! I am not one to complain but I am beyond frustrated with this experience!! A waste of $34!

Read moreOn 10/04/19 at 4:22pm I attempted to give an order to the Marcos located at 1361 Worthington Centre Dr Columbus, OH 43085. I was told at first that they couldn’t deliver to this address at 5900 N High St. Columbus, Oh. 43085 which is 3.8 miles away. After letting them know that they have delivered to this address every first Friday of each month for quite some time they agreed to deliver. I was given a credit card to use to place the order. At 5:10pm the delivery boy (Darion) made the delivery. I filled out the credit card slip and due to the card not being mine I could not add a tip. Darion then asked me for cash which I did not have. At this time I was going to explain that I would have the card owner call in later to add a tip however before I could say anything more Darion started yelling about the “hour long drive” and proceeded to cuss at me as he left slamming both entry doors cracking the trim on the interior door that I now have to report to the owner of the building. I then called the store and reported the incident to the manager (Devin). He stated that he would speak with Darion when he got back. I stated that he should be fired and that I wanted the charge to be taken off of the card. Devin refused and stated that he would only take half off. This is not acceptable.

Read moreI LOVE Marcos and when I am home I eat their pizza's 3-4 times a week so when I am out of town I try to find a Marcos close by. I was on a plane all day and working so when I got to the hotel I was excited to see that Marcos would deliver to my hotel. I called the order in and was told 30-40 minutes. I went downstairs after 35 minutes to wait for the driver, I waited for another 25 minuets. After 15 more minutes I started calling the restaurant only to been hold with the recording for over 20 minutes. So I called Papa Johns (last choice but I was starving) and tried to call Marcos again to cancel my order! I was on hold again for 20 minutes and all of a sudden the driver calls and says he has the pizza. I told him to I was trying to cancel it and he was like yeah I understand. No I'm sorry I apologize NOTHING! I am in the Hospitality Industry also so I understand the struggle. It does't take much effort to simply apologize. I still haven't been able to reach the manager so I just called my bank and told them to not allow the money to be taken out. I am very DISAPPOINTED in this Marcos but it won't stop me from ordering., I will just not order for the rest of the week I am here. FYI Papa Johns was here in 25...
