McDonald's — Restaurant in Columbus

I went inside for the first time at this location, and I was completely ignored for 5 minutes. Then when they finally took my order, they gave it to some random person in the window. I heard them say it, so I went to tell them that it was my order. This was all after waiting 20 minutes. It took me five minutes to tell them that they called out my order in the back for the drive thru. They went and got me one part of my order. Then walked off. The lady came back and said, pretty aggressively, "why are you standing here!?" I said I only got part of my order. She said "well I don't know where it went." Then walked off. Then the person they gave it to walked in. When they finally got back to that person, they gave them their order which had been sitting there getting cold. Then said "looks like we know what happened to your order" while doing nothing. Then five minutes later she came over and said, again aggressively, "why are you still standing there!?" I said I still had only gotten part of my order and explained everything that should be in it. She stormed off after giving me another small part of my order. Then went away again. I had to again wait, and again tell her part of my order was missing before she finally put the order together. Then a guy handed it to me. I specifically asked him "you have the drink and the sauces right?" He got the sauces then went to the back to just drink a drink in the back while ignoring that I still hadn't gotten my drink. Finally another lady came up and got me my drink and then I left. 45 minutes to get my order, and I had to practically demand it out of them every step of the way. I could have gone back in there and cooked it myself faster. To top it all off, the burger was still wrong when I got it. Absolutely atrocious that it took so long and their attitude the whole time.

I have been going here for a long time. This is my second time giving a 1 star review, but I rescinded the first one because I thought they were doing better. I still get wrong orders from time to time too. But this situation was a colossal mess. They could not verify my order was complete after five times of my having to tell them it was incomplete. There is definitely some issues in management at...

On a trip (Aug 5th, about 1pm), we stopped and ate inside. We chose McDonald’s because we knew we could expect a clean place to eat. That was VERY wrong.

This place was FILTHY. Every surface you touched was visibly dirty. The corners of the lobby, and the restroom had visible dirt piled on the floor. I could have measured the dirt pile height in the corners of the room- I am NOT exaggerating. My boyfriend and I were both shocked to see it. The restroom was dirty. TO TOP IT OFF, there was bugs in our food. An ant in my sons fries in his happy meal. The staff was friendly enough, but that does not make up for the bugs in the food and dirty establishment. The rest of our food seemed mostly ok, but after finding a bug in our food it was hard to keep eating.

We didn’t fix the bug in our food situation, because we were traveling through and was trying to relax but already exhausted with the condition of the place we chose to stop at, so we were trying to hurry and eat what didn’t have bugs, and escape back to our car.

I’m not a fan of leaving negative only reviews, but this place was b a d.

Honestly doesn't even deserve 1 STAR ,but hey that's as low as it goes right . Hands down the WORST MCDONALDS in the area, Alot of good people work here but a lot of scum do also & if you are unfortunate enough to get a Scummy worker well you can flat toss that food or drink right out the window ... O & by all means don't be laughing about something completely NOT about them as you drive thru or you will be made to sit at the drive thru window as the McDonalds employee mouths you- (I can read lips ), mouths you for no reason except you were laughing & does anything to ignore you ,including picking up trash before she then acts like she still can't see you!!! While you are the only car in the drive ,so pull up & get your Butt out of your car & go in as i did" WOW "she saw me then...! 11 mins in the drive for ONLY a soda is Flat bull , i won't be back EVER & i live here in...
