The McDonald's 3005 E Livingston Columbus Ohio
Has very poor Management and staff. First of all I came to this McDonald's a month ago, paid for $30 worth of food paid with $100 bill. The manager got the minor change out of the safe gave me the change. Went to another store to find out that McDonald's gave me a fake $20 bill. I tried to call the store, left several messages.. still no answer. I never went back to due the quarantine. Today on 5/28/2020 I returned back to this McDonald's drive thru. The teenager was extremely rude, you can hear everyone playing in the background, then was muted , the teen came back a minute later laughing and said. Now what did u want to order? finally I went into the McDonald's and everybody was still playing laughing just extremely unprofessional. Talk to a manager told them all about it he apologized and said well he's unsure of how things are going at this McDonald's because he just got transferred from the McDonald's at the airport. Then took my order try to give me a discount but said it wouldn't let him do it so charged me the full 1784 and offered me a free drink. Then he went and told it look like another manager or somebody that was there that he apologized as the kids are still playing in the background being loud not getting the orders. also there was another person that waited 15 minutes for change for a dollar to pay for two sauces so I ended up paying for the persons sauces for their nuggets with the drive-thru the kid took it like it is absolutely horrible horrible horrible customer service and somebody needs to look into this McDonalds. If I could give this a 0 I would food was not fresh, only one person...
Read moreThe line was short but the girl at the register talk like she had a mouth full of s* took me 10 minutes to explain the sandwich I wanted then when I got my food the sandwich that I took 10 minutes to explain was wrong two other burgers were wrong that I didn't get to catch till I was home because now apparently you have to check every single sandwich. So I call tell them I the guy that had the messed up sandwich told me if I still had the receipt to bring it in and they would take care of it. So then I have to drive back there meanwhile everybody at home is eating their food. When I get here at least there were ready to go as soon as I walked in the door they had the new ticket for 2 new Burgers but I don't want burgers new ones I want my money back because by this time I was irritated, so refunds me for one burger then tells me that I started eating the other one so they weren't able to refund it, but they were going to make me another sandwich and just throw it out which I don't understand the science of that you're going to swap 1 for 1 even though it's been bit and throw it away but I can't have my money back and have it thrown out Horrible experience totally lacking attention to detail and these are the people that whine and cry that want 15 to $20 an hour but yet they can't get a simple order right. Read moreI have gone here a few times at my wife's request because of the convenience of the location. However, each time the order has been incorrect and missing items. We have 3 hungry kids so it isn't always easy to stop and go through all the orders to ensure you aren't cheated. Tonight we had 3 happy meals that all came without the ordered milks. I only found this out after arriving back at our house and looking in all of the boxes. Some might say this is because of carelessness or a lack of skilled staff but if it happens consistently then it is stealing from your patrons, especially from those of us with kids and without the time to correct the constant mistakes.
In addition, you aren't greeted with a courteous tone as customer service might dictate when they take your order and the window attendants are on their phone with their back to the window with little to nothing to say to you either. There is no excuse for such poor service and it needs to be corrected. I shouldn't feel as if I am inconveniencing you to such an extent that I should expect the end product will routinely rob me of a part...
