McDonald's — Restaurant in Columbus

Me, my twin sister, our other two sisters, twin sis bf,12,9,8,5,and 2yr old all come from the slipndip. Thinking McDonald's would be quick easy and cheap. Think again... upon arivial there was a verbal confrontation between manager and employee. So not what you want to walk into with a handful of kids. Then they were switching shifts I'm guessing.... drawers were being changed out!! After maybe 10-15min they started taking orders. The only reasonable person was the cashier. She was very pleasant and was doing her best to do her job. After my sister, he bf and all the kids ordered. It was my turn..... soo I thought. I guy comes in and jus steps in front of me so to avoid conflict I and the cashier let him go ahead of me. Only after his order the cashier was told by her MOD no more orders were to be taken until her food was bagged!! After a long wait jus to change of drawers, handle dispute, yelling to trainnies, someone passing me in line, and bagging of food I finally got to order. The kind young girl apologized for her surroundings and offered me the best service she could under the circumstance. The drink bar was filthy and I asked them to clean it, it also had a smell. The emergency door that was suppose to alarm if someone went out of it didn't sound an alarm when I saw someone walk out of it this is in the play area which could've been cleaner. The tables were filthy. My niece said she heard a man tell the manager lady that it was a fly ov the food she simply replied that she didn't care!! There were a good bit of those little critters in the play area. There were two very pregnant employees and the a.c. up front wasn't working and that's...

The first thing I noticed as I skated through the door (the floor was too slippery to walk) was the fact that it was hot as hadies in there.. The ac wasn't working.... And it was uncomfortably hot, for the guests and I can imagine unbearable for the staff. I felt sorry for a crew who would have to endure such horrible working conditions.. It made me instantly realize why the floor was so greasy.. The crew (whom have had to work under such humid conditions) slacked on the job of cleaning the night before... So no biggie, right? Its just the floor... I proceed to the rest room, because I needed to feel something clean.. No paper towels.. Empty soap dispenser!! NOOOOOO! At this point I've given up. If I can't wash my hands before I eat a greasy buscuit then what do I do? I scrub my hands with hot water and wipe them on my jeans.. I got get my much wanted greasy biscuit.. I oder the special.. 2 b.e.c biscuits for 3 dollars. I get to the truck and my husband pulls out his biscuit... No cheese!!! What??? Yep. No cheese , is this a fluke? Nope... I open mine.. No cheese... oh well, it is the best part of a b.e.c biscuit but we'll eat it Anyways. All in all it was a NOPE visit. Did I enjoy it? Nope. Will I recommend this location ? Nope. Will I ever return? Nope.

I also want to add this as a side not... Spray your pans before placing the biscuits on it to cook... That way your guests will receive a whole...

Tonight was terrible! I told them I wanted a fresh fish combo, fries no salt and 6 piece nugget. My order was cashed out at 7:33 pm..I originally got to McDonalds at 720pm...Got to the window to get my food at 736pm... Immediately tasted the fries...they were terrible. I gave them back and asked could I get the fries that's coming up. The manager dumped my fries back in that grease and returned them to me. No, I didn't see it but I'm not a fool. As I drove off I tasted the fish it was ice cold...so I went into the store and told them my problems. Manager was not interested but called for fresh food. I sat there waiting another 20 minutes or so for food that never came. I asked for my money back. The manager was hot... She called someone on the phone and told them I requested hot food but decided to get a refund. She didn't tell them that I had been waiting all this time. It took another 5 to 8 minutes to get my money back. McDonald's on 82 East in Columbus MS needs the boot. They need to be shut down. This has been going on for years...not weeks..not months but years..it's sad...I stopped going for a long time, but started back occasionally because my God Daughter loves they fries. Something has got to change. I said I was done with 82 McDonald's before, but this time it's a done deal. I will spend my money where I'm appreciated...not where I'm treated like...
