First of all I want to explain something I went to this McDonald's at 6221 Cleveland Avenue in Columbus Ohio, when I got there I ordered my food, my order was a Asiago grilled chicken sandwiches and I told them I just wanted the shredded lettuce, with extra extra mayo and no tomato. When I got back home and I got into my sandwich there was no mayonnaise whatever it and had three tomatoes on it large ones and it had leaf lettuce and I wanted to shredded lettuce. The next part of my order was a Double Quarter Pounder combo meal and it was supposed to have extra mayo extra ketchup mustard on it and no tomato on that one well it didn't come out that way it had all kinds of onions on it it had all kinds of tomatoes on it and it had just a little bit of catch-up no mayo no mustard no nothing, the fries were cold with the order. The next part of my order was a double cheeseburger combo meal double cheeseburger was supposed to have only Mac sauce on it no onions no pickles no mustard no ketchup no mayo just Mac sauce and when I got that back it had two tomatoes on it ketchup mustard and a whole bunch of onions and they didn't make that sandwich the right way either and as usual the fries were cold as well for that one. And then when I called back to let the manager no that I was upset about my order not being right and I don't know what his problem was but he had a problem with redoing the order so I tried to figure out what I should do so I got his name. The manager at the time his name was Saul I don't know how he spells it it's either Sol or it's Sam I don't know how he spells it. But I'm very upset the fact that he said just bring in my receipt and he will replace my order. Well I did bring in my receipt I brought it in 2 Days later, I told the person at the speaker that I was there to pick up my replacement order she told me to hold on just a minute and I did then she told me to pull up to the window. Well the manager name Saul had come to the window looked at my receipt and told me he was not going to replace my meal. Try to ask him why he wasn't going to replace it when he promised he would over the phone. But he wouldn't explain to me why. I don't know what's going on with that franchise or if it's actually McDonald's but whatever is going on at that McDonald's the manager is not running the place right and his promise that he will place the order. I think something should be done about the managers at this McDonald's, where they promise that they're going to replace your order and then you get there and they refused to replace your order, then tell you that you were the one responsible for the order getting to you right. No it's the responsibility of McDonald's to make sure that the customers order is correct so that they don't have to call and complain about it. The manager pretty much acted like I was trying to get one over on McDonald's and get a free meal when I wasn't mine it was messed up and I wanted them to correct the problem. But all I got was an argument by this manager named Saul. I hope somebody else has not had the same issue that I have had with the same McDonald's but if I have please give me a reply or send me something to let me know who I can get ahold of them know what my experience was or hopefully they see this post and see how rude that manager was I will never go back to that...
Read moreI would give zero stars if I could! This location is HORRIBLE!!!! I have called the customer service line and filed a complaint about the same issue multiple times since December 1, 2021. It is now January 6, 2022 and still no response. Each time I call I'm told that someone from this location was supposed to contact me regarding the issue. Of course they still have not contacted me. The issue could have severely affected my health and these lazy, incompetent, despicable, sorry excuses for human beings could care less! This location needs to be shut down!!! My next move is to contact 6 on your side because this is ridiculous and I still have every piece of evidence!
It's me AGAIN!! This location is STILL TRASH!!!! During my visit, I provided the staff member at the window with a code for a $1 any-sized drink. However, the price did not change, and I was informed that the code was only applicable for points, which was not the case. I showed the staff member the discount on my phone, but he insisted that he had already entered it and could not assist further.
When I requested to speak with a manager, I was met with laughter before a manager came to the window. She confirmed that the staff member should have processed the code correctly and then said that I had given the wrong code. I clarified that I had provided the correct code, as indicated on my phone, and that I was also informed of a five minute waiting period before I could obtain another code for the same discount. I showed her this on my phone as well.
Ultimately, the manager refunded my money, but I was left feeling frustrated and unfairly blamed for the mix-up. I believe the service at this location could greatly improve, as my experience involved unprofessional behavior from the staff and "manager"....
Read moreProbably the rudest morning staff I've ever encountered in my life. Came to the front door although the business hours said it was open it was not. Both doors that lead into a lobby we're locked. Went to the drive-thru to ask if it was a mistake or if they even knew it was locked or if they were even open and was met by Mike. I had to yell inside the drive-thru window three or four times before I was even met by an associate and at that I was met with anger and rudeness. when I asked ask him if they were open to which he replied no but they look like it. I asked him why not he said because we're not. I then replied that there was no need for him to be rude that I was just asking a question and he told me to get the f away from his drive thru. When I asked him his name he said his name was Mike I've then told him that he was going to get i a very detailed review from me he told me he didn't care. Pretty sure this is not how McDonald's wants there company to be represented and even if he is there by himself he has no need to be rude about any encounter with any customer. Being a customer service representative people need to understand that respect is always something that you have to give the customer whether you want to or not. I wasn't being rude, I wasn't demeaning or degrading. There was no need for him to be rude or cuss at me. Luckily I'm not really who I used to be because that situation would have went a lot further than it did definitely changed my outlook on this store and I will probably not be coming back for...
