This stores manager and an employee named Kenya seriously just interupted our family meal to accuse my 11 year old of commenting with a racially charged comment against this employee, Kenya! My son was simply saying he liked this picture they havehanging in the back of the establishment of a brown dog in a kitchen like setting. He said it was beautiful, interesting and he couldnt keep his eyes off of it! This Kenya girl seriously just eaves dropped into my sons conversation with me and his family that wasnt being said loudly at all and twisted an innocent boys words that she clearly didnt listen to all of when he was simply admiring a painting! After defending my son against this outrageous accusation that was made in a very unprofessional manner, publicly and pretty loudly in front of the entire dinning area... We were told to leave and even were threatened. Upon asking for the managers name as politley as I could after this traumatic experience, non of the employees would speak to me and the manager was hiding in the back of the kitchen area so that I couldn't report her by name. I have called corporate and i will not stop until this is made right. These ignorant, unprofessional and downright rude people should not be working directly with the public let alone customers since they clearly cannot conduct themselves and handle situations appropriately. Read moreIf the pastries, bagels, knots have sat all day I would like to know. Let me make an informed decision before purchasing. Little disrespectful children work the register. Misses ringing half the order. Asked for two of several items only to be rung up for one. Then all items placed in 1 bag. It is hard finding people who want to work causing us customers to have to deal with "seat filler" employees. Common sense, I would assume, should tell you a everything bagel would not be placed in the same bag as a bear claw or rock hard pecan twist. Fortunately the cheddar soup was good and packaged correctly. When the little girl was questioned about how she presented the food, she got indignent and said that wasn't how I was trained. I can definitively state this was the FIRST time ordering Panera and not be asked if I would like the bagel toasted or sliced. Just thrown into a bag with sweets and not a single tissue paper. Which, the under 18 year old, stated was her choice. SHE can choose if SHE wants to wear gloves or use a tissue. My advice, like the other bakeries including other Paneras, is to wear gloves and use a tissue.Thus having a tissue around the individual pastries as removed. Read moreMy office is a busy place, and often times we do not have time to leave to go to lunch. That’s why I love that I can have my order delivered. However, today I placed an order online and after a half an hour after it was due to be delivered, I called to check on it. The guy who answered didn’t have a clue. He said he didn’t know where my order was even though I had an order number, which I gave him. How do you not know where the order is? Or why not ask someone for help locating my order. When I asked about a refund he said I would have to go into the store. I said that was unacceptable and hung up. I called again and I spoke to someone else and he said the manager said that they were not taking any delivery orders today because of the holiday. He did say that I would be getting a credit for my order. Of course I got the email five minutes after I got off the phone with him that my order had been canceled. I have never in my life had customer service this horrible. I understand that because of circumstances you may not be doing delivery orders, but make a change on the website that lets people know that or let me know as soon as I place my order, not three hours after.
