Pita House — Restaurant in Columbus

My wife and I recently had a tasty meal at Pita House. This is my second trip and its my wife's first. This trip reaffirmed why I came back!

I ordered the grilled chicken Greek salad, a dish that did not fail to impress. The chicken was perfectly grilled, tender, and bursting with flavor. It paired beautifully with the fresh, crisp vegetables, tangy gyro sauce and feta cheese. I asked for no olives though,and they gave me a million! The dressing was light yet flavorful, really complimenting the other flavors of the ingredients without overwhelming them.

My wife opted for the falafel plate, which she thoroughly enjoyed. The falafels were crispy on the outside, warm and fluffy on the inside, and seasoned to perfection. Accompanied by a generous portion of hummus, tzatziki, and a side of warm pita bread, it was a satisfying and well-balanced meal.

The ambiance at Pita House is always welcoming and comfortable, making it a perfect spot for a casual dinner. The staff are friendly and attentive, adding to the overall enjoyable dining experience. Also, the food is always cooked fresh,so if you're in a rush, order ahead of time.

Whether you’re a fan of grilled meats or vegetarian delights, Pita House offers something for everyone. It’s a gem in our local dining scene and we can’t recommend it...

I love this place because their food is so good!!! I literally have been eating at this place every other day since I discovered it. I am very picky eater when it come to food. I have tried so many different restaurants and small fast food joints but was never been so satisfied as I am with this place. I just hope they will continue to cook for a long long time cuz that's where I'll be eating my lunches for the rest of my life lol I took pictures of my lunch that I got yesterday just so everyone can see how fresh and yummy it looks and tastes too ;)) it's a small place but that's what I like about it and I would choose this place over any other fancy type restaurants out there in a heartbeat. I recommend it to everyone I know and to my customers as well to give it a try and don't be shy when you place an order you can always substitute something that you'd like or not. If anyone who tried this place just once and had a bad experience that don't mean that this place is not good they just have to give them another chance and I guarantee anyone who likes medeterenian type food would absolutely love this place as I am. EXTREMELY disappointed in their customer service.

I was there this afternoon. The food is great and normally the service is no problem but today was different.

I ordered a few items, one of which was a small hummus. The cashier gave me the total and took my money. After a few minutes, I see my food is almost ready, and I see her preparing my hummus.

"Sir," she says, "I didn't charge you for the hummus." She proceeds to show me a receipt with my items, and the hummus is listed at $0.00

"Okay." I said.

She says, "Do you still want it? It's five dollars."

WHAT?! I'm not looking for a free handout, but this was HER mistake. She rang it up at zero, she got it ready, and then she wants to know if I still want it for $5? Uhh, I ordered it, so clearly I wanted it at one point, but not now. I will not be paying $5 for your mistake. I walked out disappointed and without the hummus (which is delicious and is listed on their menu at $2.99).

At best, this was horrible customer service, at worst it's an employee trying to skim money. I'm sad to say that I will not...
