My order I wanted delivered but never was after 1 hour waiting and they marked it for delivery, called the store and wait on the phone for another half hour went there still was on hold nobody was in the restaurant besides 5 workers they couldn’t find my order after asking for my name 3 or 4 times and then got on the computer and ask for my address 3 times. Mind you I don’t feel good either so that’s why I ordered delivery but no never happened. They started saying they could replace it was more me wanted my money refunded and the gentleman told me they are super busy and it been a really rough night and they are only going to remake it. Waiting for about 15 plus minutes in the cold lobby no heat very uncomfortable waiting space. While waiting for my order a female looks to be on live showing her and people that work there around her I am thinking where is my food I get it takes time to cook but my pizza was already ready so I was waiting on my breadsticks and Oreo bites it don’t take that long I work in food industry and I am way busy than that plus a door dasher told me everytime she comes they don’t have the order and keep saying it delivered but the customer saying they still need the food and they can’t do nothing but keep requesting a new driver for the order again that’s crazy. After receiving my order I went to the car and check my order and it was incorrect had to take it back in there they fix it but just threw what it needed on it I believe it should’ve been cooked on it because it was not melted on it it was cold on warm food didn’t mixed well.Come back out to my car and 3 or 4 follow me outside start smoking outside the front door phone ringing off the hook, people on hold like me because I stay on the phone that whole time I was standing there no one picked up that phone like give me my money back I didn’t eat the food and didn’t...
Read moreToday, Ordered 3 pepperoni and cheese pizza's as the goal was only trying to make sure that the children, who were hungry, cranky, and sleepy ate. Papa John's on Main St. It's not far at all. To get home to discover that the pizza's weren't even done was very disheartening. It had been a long day already. Called to see if this situation could be rectified. Spoke with Chris, the manager there who quickly let me know that he "wasn't just going to give me free pizza's." Last time I checked, when you it look up, the name given pops up, letting you know someone paid. So as you can see It's not free pizza's at all. But it was a waste of money on our part. And loss of business for the company, because, me and my family won't be back, and i'm posting this experience on social media too. Nobody wants to spend their money, and get disappointed, and definitely not to be disrespected. I was instantly shocked and highly offended to have been spoken to that way especially by someone being the representative of the store. Chris had no empathy, compassion or care about this at all. My nephew came to pick up the 3 pizza's, and called, spoke respectfully to Chris calmly explained the situation. Chris was not willing to do anything to try to rectify the situation. Was told that the night shift manager would be in by 5PM, and going to tell us the same thing. I have been calling, for quite quite a while this evening, and the phone rings, seems like it's going to pick up, just to be sent to the recorded message over and over. Have already called the corporate office on this one. Oh yeah. Never have I ever heard of any treatment like this before in the food industry. I never gave a star on this rating forreal. The thing is,you can't post your comment unless you give at least 1 star. I would not recommend the Papa John's on Main St. in...
Read moreTerrible customer service, disorganized, poor treatment of employees, and uncooked pizza. l will never go there again..
About a month ago, I ordered a pizza online and went to pick it up 30 minutes later. When I arrived, I was told that they hadn't made my order, but that they would begin making it right away. 40 minutes later they realized that they hadn't event started on the pizza and finally began making it. I wasted an extra hour of my time for mediocre pizza.
I usually go to this location and always have a positive experience and figured that my previous experience was a one off, but I was wrong.
The next time I went, I ordered a half pepperoni pizza. I usually never open the box to check my pizza before I leave because I always have a consistent and positive experience, but something told me check it. I opened the box and only 2 slices had a few pepperonis on it. I told the employee that I paid for a half pepperoni pizza, but this wasnt half. She said there's nothing she can do about it then finally rolled her eyes and walked off to get someone in leadership. This guy rudely asked what was wrong, and after I told him he snatched the box and yelled for another employee to make it.
The employee who was making the pizza had trouble understanding the order and the person leading the shift began to tell at her more and speak to her condescendingly until she understood. Finally, my pizza was done. I didn't open it before getting home because I was too tired to even give them a chance to get it wrong and figured I'd accept whatever they gave me.
When I got home I tried to grab a slice and had a lot of difficulty separately the slices. When I finally separated one slice, I noticed that it was gooey and the toppings were sliding off. They had sold me a barely cooked pizza. I threw it away and just accepted...
