Very disappointed in the OVERALL experience especially since we were all so excited to enjoy a prime rib meal on Christmas Day. Arrived around 2pm Service was SLOW ok it’s a holiday we are patient… no biggie it’s Christmas 🎄 Our server was very overwhelmed the first words we heard was her telling us she had too many tables and couldn’t keep up. (Great right? We just sat down its Xmas limited dining choices with this meal planned we felt kinda stuck) we tried to encourage her The 1st course was salad or soup. Salads were very tiny mostly core pieces of lettuce drenched in cranberries and oranges very little spring mix… Soup was ok taste wise but croutons were already basically mush wished they had been served on the side. Then finally came our prime rib and potato. We got NO a jus for the meat NO butter for potatoes We had to go stand by the kitchen door to catch someone popping out 4 of us dining I got handed 2 servings in plastic containers of ajus I’m sure I spilled a few drops returning 2 the table and no butter hmm ok I guess we are all sharing Again getting up 2 stand by kitchen door 2 ask for butter (trying not to bother the other patrons this seemed the nicest way to get what we lacked) I over heard a different server mention he wanted to just leave and he was overwhelmed!! Hmmm 🤔 Ok finally got butter !!! time to eat my now cold hard potato Cutting into the prime rib 2 orders were very overcooked…. But with the service thus far we just picked at what was edible poured on the A1sauce (ewwh right?) As all the dishes piled up on the table we then had to ask 2 different servers to plz have our server bring our desserts… seemed like FOREVER we got served basically small bowls of mushy blops of instant pudding with a ton of whip cream on top. (Listed as chocolate mouse and crème brûlée) You guessed it no one around I had to get up and go stand by the kitchen door (what’s this 4/5 times getting up from the table to ask for basic items?!! I could have just stood up in my own kitchen to cook the meal myself) waiting to ask anyone around for a few to/go containers (at least the dog will eat well on xmas) The only thing we got swift and with a half smile was our check we had to ask for… and she was quick to pick it up. NOT ONCE did anyone ask if we were ok, check on our food, pick up any used dish from our table or get us refills URGHHH!!! After several times of getting up from the table to ask for the basic things to eat our meals we were all so frustrated and very ready to just leave.. We had planned to play a few games afterwards but the vibe was way off and honestly I was still hungry (grilled cheese I made once home was the best part of my xmas dinner that’s just sad and especially since we all paid $$$$$ to eat a good meal) I never seen any type of management around I so understand it was xmas but don’t open a restaurant on a holiday, offer a prime rib meal if the kitchen can’t cook it properly, not enough inventory for a proper serving size and the servers don’t want to be there!!! This restaurant ruined our Christmas dinner. The food was NOT up to par the service was very disappointing… After serval attempts to call and speak to management privately with no answer I decided to post our entire nightmare food experience. PSA -Maybe order a quesadilla or some nachos enjoy the game but this restaurant isn’t equip to serve a holiday meal such a waste of time and money. Not all lost I give Kudos TO ALL the bartenders they were all very nice w lots of smiles and prompt service I made sure to tip THEM accordingly . And to boot the ONLY response I get is they hope we will try them again???!!! Are you kidding me really no no I hope no one else spends their $$$ there u will be disappointed with nothing at all to help fix your experience….. Management sent a crap reply not trying to reconcile the issue whatsoever not even a hey here’s a $20/$40/$60/$80 gift card (we spent over $300) Or hey we are so sorry we stand behind our staff and quality of food What can we do for you? Read moreI ordered carryout from the OH. I waited on a club sandwich with fries to go. I was given the wrong item and didn't notice until I got home. I called immediately and could not get anyone from the OH on the phone. I called guest services several times and spent the better part of a half hour just trying to get compensated for my order being correct and to no avail. I play at the casino most everyday for about 8 hours per day. Yesterday I played for 15 hours and this is how I'm treated, given the wrong food order and unable to get anyone from the OH to make things right. As far as casinos go, I've played all over the country and no where has treated me near as badly as the Hollywood casino...
Read moreI went in to get a carry out order on July 4th I actually ordered 200$ worth of carry out. I was seated and waited on immediately. My server was Heather. She was absolutely amazing and incredible at her job. So happy and helpful and easy to work with with such a big order. I am still amazed at her smile and attitude with that size order. Then tomato it off it was packaged perfectly with care and order. Not to mention the order was 100% correct and the food was so good. Even after a 30 min drive it was still amazing.
