wanted to share my recent experience with your establishment regarding an order I placed two weeks ago. When I returned to work and opened my food, I discovered that my order was incorrect. I called to inform the restaurant and spoke with a young man who apologized, acknowledged the error, and assured me that my order would be replaced if I called back when I was ready.
However, when I called today to follow up, I spoke with a woman who was not very accommodating. She told me that the young man was unavailable and insisted that I call back later. I tried to explain the situation and mentioned the promise made to me, but unfortunately, I felt that she did not listen and interrupted me throughout the conversation. She also stated that "we donāt give away free food," which left me feeling as though my concern was dismissed.
As a result, I did not eat the incorrect order, and I had to discard it. While I understand that mistakes can happen in the kitchen, the handling of the situation, along with the dismissive attitude I encountered, was very disappointing.
Ultimately, I decided to place my order elsewhere and had a much better experience with [Name of New Restaurant], where the food was excellent and accurate, and I received timely notifications when my order was ready.
I hope you will take this feedback seriously and consider addressing the customer service issues I encountered. I had previously enjoyed ordering from your restaurant, but this experience has led me to reconsider...
Ā Ā Ā Read more20 minutes to be ready for call in. Arrived and ended up having to wait 15 extra minutes. It was a Friday night so not the biggest deal. Food was HOT, plentiful and overall superb. We had the Cashew Shrimp & Orange Chicken Combos. The chicken was crunchy with plenty of tasty sauce. Rice cooked n perfectly but could have some more soy sauce applied for it was a little white. Shrimp was beautifully cooked with PLENTY of vegetables (majority carrots). I wasnāt a fan of the egg rolls at all. I have not ate here since I was probably 10 and lived in Dominion Homes. (So I really couldnāt remember how the food was) My oldest brother and mother used to take out food all the time, and said they are as tasty as they used to be. They even wintered thru COVID which is huge for them but the dining room is still not open and they serve you thru a boxed in space...
