Subway — Restaurant in Madison Township

More like ZERO STARS!!! I went here for my boyfriends lunch on 1/10/2025 and asked for an Italian sub. The guy said what meat do you want? I said the meat that comes on an Italian sub. He didn't understand what to was saying so he gave the phone to a female. She seemed like she knew what comes on an Italian sub. Until I got to work and my boyfriend opened it up and seen that they literally put two salami and two pepperoni on each side, no ham, loaded with pounds of lettuce, and the bread was hard and old. I do not understand why this location is still open. They don't know what comes on a known sandwich. Read my paragraph below from last year. I went here this time because I gave them the benefit of doubt that they got their ish together but I was wrong.

I have been there 3 times, and the girls that work in there need to learn customer service. They do not greet you at all and let you stand there for 5 min before they say anything. Then they sound so irritated that you came in there. The subs are not toasted at all. The bread tastes stale and hard. I got the spicy Italian, and asked if they had the packets of Italian sauce and she said no. So I called my boyfriend to see what other sauce he wanted. After I get off the phone she says well I have Italian sauce in the fridge, but wouldn't put it on the sandwiches just gave me a little cup. So why tell people you don't have Italian dressing anymore,but then have a full bottle in the fridge. Anyway I will not be returning there. Terrible customer service, bad attitudes. Not sure what they toast the subs on,but they never come out toasted at all. The parking lot really needs work....

It has been awhile since I had been at Subway. I'm allergic to peppers and I have to closely watch the person making the sandwiches for people ahead of me. If they put peppers on the person before my sandwich I have to quickly react telling them please change your gloves before touching my sandwich. Even the juice from the peppers will make my throat close up. The guy that was making the sandwiches was awesome and changed his gloves with no problems. That is not the case everytime though. I had 1 girl get upset with me because I stopped her from touching my sandwich and she had the nerve to say it was not that serious. Um throat swelling closed is deadly. I asked for them to get someone else to make my sandwich and to start all over as she had grabbed my sandwich ignoring my request. This is why it has been so long before...
