Sbarro — Restaurant in Columbus

This is the one of the most poorly managed Sbarros I’ve been to. It’s unfortunate because we really enjoy there food and it’s typically priced fairly. The past 4 orders: Order 1: claimed they where out of dough and would not allow us to order medium pizzas, only larges. Order 2: claimed they were out of breadsticks and Stromboli at 6:00p.m on week day. Order 3 claimed they were closing 2 hours early because of oven issues. Normally I love sbarro it's my favorite restaurant but I ordered a pizza and mac and cheese from them and they gave me food poisoning so I hope this one in particular gets shut down ohh and the owner is lying about gennifer cause same thing happened to me only I live further away but I ordered on doordash and he was sitting there for half a hour and then they wouldn't remake the order so I spent little more than 30 dollars for food poisoning and no I wont go to the customer support card I called you and you said you can only give me a slice of pizza back I would...

I placed an order online for pick up. When I arrived to pick up the pizza I was informed that they ran out of dough and didn't have my order and they couldn't give me a refund. Getting a refund from sbarro is ridiculous, you have to go online and fill out a comment card and hope that they give you a refund either way you won't get it taken care of for a significant amount of time. You have to give them 5-7 business days to read and address your comment before you can even be sure of getting a response let alone a refund.

Clearly no one there cares...
