Steph's Way — Restaurant in Columbus

They advertise 6 whole wings for $12 but that is not what you get. I ordered 12 wings & a side of fries, $29. The shock I was in to open my box & see 12 regular, not whole wings blew me. Why is the price not adjusted when you're getting less than advertised? They could at least come with a side if you aren't giving what's advertised, or give that disclaimer when someone is ordering the wings, or simply take the word "whole" off the menu? Only reason I didn't change my mind at the pickup window is because my bf picked it up & told me the price afterwards which he was shocked about as well. Never again for mediocre wings, again flavor was there but the quality was okay. It's a hit or miss if the food will be ready in a timely manner. I had the grilled chicken bacon ranch sandwich and it was sloppy but yummy. Yummy fries also. Won't be back myself but will enjoy my bfs fries when he orders...

I waited an hour for my food. I received a message that it was ready. I walked up to the window and rang the bell multiple times, knocked on the door, and no one answered. (Not to mention I walked up to the window TWICE!!! and waited 6 minutes the first time and another 2 the 2nd time). I called, and no one answered. Very unprofessional. On top of that, when they finally called me back after I had called five times, I said, "It's okay," and the lady on the phone responded in the most condescending way, saying, "We could disregard your order." This establishment is terrible; do not come here unless you want to waste time. I am very disappointed because, as a nursing student, my time is precious, and wasting 40 minutes of it is sickening. Delicious food from a small ghost kitchen. It's a fun street food menu with wings, tacos, and sandwiches.

Everything is good. I have been back several times, never disappointed. The wings and tacos are the highlights for sure.

I recommend calling ahead to order. This is a GHOST KITCHEN. Only 2 workers and they are extremely popular/busy. If you just show up, you will have to wait.

I waited 30-45 min each visit but I did walk up to order each time.

Highly recommend trying the "Steph's Way" items. The sauces on them are fantastic.

I will definitely be coming back...
