Extremely poor customer service. Was greeted with "How can I help you". Told her what I wanted and was told I had to wait because there is another ahead of you." 5 employeesto make 2 different subs. Really. Then told her what I wanted. They placed meat directly on the shelf. I said they need to throw that piece of meat away as it is not sanitary. She picks up another stack of meat and does the exact same thing. I again advise to throw that piece away as well. I was EVER SO RUDELY advised that "I'm just going to throw the whole stack away". When I got home, 2 subs were correctly made. But the other 2 were 100% incorrect. When I called back to complain, I was told that they were made correctly, again treated like I was a complete and utter idiot. I asked for her name and was told, "I don't feel obligated to give you that information!!" I then asked for the franchise owners name and was told it is owned by Gilligan Oil. I asked for the managers name. Again, I was refused that information. I was also td that they had already emailed their manager who would look at the tape, spe ifically mentioning the time of 7:20pm AND, believe it or not, was matter of factly told, "This has happened before". I asked her, "And what does that tell you?" Her answer, "It tells me nothing". I will NEVER, EVER patronize this Subway location again and I would advise anyone else to avoid this...
Read morei went to redeem my $6.99 any foot long deal, and i was so excited about it, i literally even had a dream about eating the sandwich the day before, which in retrospect, i should’ve took it as a bad sign because even though the dream did not prepare me for the harsh reality that it would soon be, i was not satisfied with the sandwich even in the dream. I woke up though, thinking nothing of it really, and i even checked out the reviews, i was seeing a LOT of bad reviews, but i chose to ignore all the signs. once i had my sandwich, it tasted fine, not exactly as satisfying as i expected it to be, but then i got the lovely surprise of a hair in my food, and then following that, i got food poisoning. a sandwich is NOT worth the torture and pain i’ve endured and that i am currently still going through. my stomach is churning so bad, and im having a few full on world wars with the toilet. please just save yourself and avoid this subway! i never write...
Read moreI do not reccomend this location. I ordered 2 wraps and because of a previous soggy sub experience I ordered light on the oil and vinegar. The 1st one was fine but the 2nd with the tasteless Ceasar dressing was disgustingly soggy and ruined. Needless to say it ended up in the garbage. Total waste of money.
On another previous visit I ordered extra pickles and I think they broke the pickle bank on that one. Very little other veggies on the sub that were ordered. Was like eating a meat and pickles sub. Too bad this is the closest one to my house. In the future I will go the extra couple miles to Georgesville Rd
I just read some of the other reviews and I definitely will not go back unless I see an Under New Mgmt./Owner sign and even then will probably be leary. Subway Corp. has some fixing to do.
