Flyers Pizza Galloway — Restaurant in Columbus

This place called the police on me and LIED and told them I was trying to break into their establishment!😔 I had a problem with my order, took it there and Stephen ( manager) told me he was not going to give me my money back. After a few back-and-forth, he told me to wait at the window why he was going to get my money. The total was $17.16! I’m waiting at the window for almost 20 minutes and he never returns the whole time I’m waiting at the window. I was getting set up for failure unbeknownstly ! since he never came back to the window, I went home to retrieve my phone so I could take a little video, and perhaps get help with the ordeal on Tuesday through corporate because that Monday was Juneteenth. I knocked on the Drive-through window because when I return back with my phone, I see that they cut off the lights and they had a trashcan sitting there. I called the police to see if they could meet me out to try to get the situation resolved. The dispatcher told me that they were already police on the way there Which confused me because I’m thinking, why are they already on the way and I just called that’s where the unbeknownst comes into play. I FaceTime my daughter while I wait for the police. About three minutes later, I hear blaring police cars in the distance. Next thing you know three police cruisers come flying into the parking lot all surrounding my car that was in the drive-through. Now I’m totally oblivious to what’s going on and I keep saying to myself all of this over $17.16. mind you I’m on the phone with my daughter and these officers are screaming at me to get out of my car by God‘s grace. I stuck my phone out the window and they drew guns on me thank God I wasn’t shot still confused as to what is going on the officers are yelling at me to back up with my hands behind me and I backed up into handcuffs ! Stephen had called the police Told them that I was breaking into the establishment!!! after all was said and done, the cops went in, reviewed the footage and found out that I had not committed anything of the sort, took me out of the handcuffs, and Stephen has the audacity to come outside and tell me that I was trespassed from the property and all flyers pizzas in the city !!! I was Livid! I had just had surgery one month prior, I was in pain. Just wanted to grab a sandwich and enjoy my evening and that turned into total embarrassment, slander, and if things turned ugly, I could’ve gotten shot for having my phone in my hand. I cannot believe that the police allow this man to lie on me and no repercussions were done to him. And then to add insult to injury come outside and trespass me from the property and I didn’t do anything wrong. Unbelievable. I contacted corporate spoke to the CEO of the company and he told me that he was not going to review any tapes that he was taking the side of his employees because they were scared, I am a black woman, And I was dealing with an all white establishment even the CEO! I can’t look at it any other way then how was dealt to me. I am really disappointed in this company for conducting themselves the way that they did. To actually call the police and tell the police that I’m in the drive-through window trying to climb through the window and I weigh 297 pounds when they can hardly get a pizza box through the window BEYOND humiliating ! I stopped eating Donato pizza to get flyers all of my business for at that time was around six years. I even took my entire family that visited me from Texas to this establishment I personally gave the young lady that night by the way was staring at me giggling about the ordeal,( waiting in the drive thru knowing the police were called) a $20 tip alone outside of what my family gave her! this whole thing was humiliating. I felt like I was back in slavery days because no one came to my aid in a situation that was TOTALLY UNCALLED FOR!. I am very disappointed in the service I received from Flyers in Galloway, Ohio. Went to visit family that live close to Galloway on 3/14/20. Decided to order a pizza for me and the family. When the pizza arrived it was cold and burnt and the toppings was dried out. I ate a slice and it was not right. So I called the store to try and get a refund or another pizza to replace the burnt dry pizza that was delivered to me. Called the store and they were very rude. Manager name GARRET was very unprofessional as well as a staff by the name of Fatima. They told me it was nothing they could do. And for me to call Corporate, when I ask for the number they hung up on me. I called the store 17 times total and each time they would hung up on me. Then I called from my daughter's phone they picked up but didn't say a word but heard them in the background laughing, whistling, and talking. All I wanted was a replacement or a refund. But that didn't happen so first thing Monday morning I'm calling corporate because they have very poor customer service. You just don't treat people that way who spend money that's what keep your company going people like me. I always order from Flyers the one in Grove City never gave me a problem. Pizza always right. I've been going here for years when Flyers was next to Dairy Mart an tonight I've never been treated so bad in my life as a customer as I was tonight at Flyers Pizza in Galloway Mr. Wayne is probably turning over in his grave? I usually order every other night or at least every week and I spend a lot of money with them and they know who I am and I went to use my debit card and they asked me for my ID never been asked for ID since I've been going there for all the years that I've been ordering there never again will I eat flyers pizza and I will tell everybody about it and post it all over social media and I even have a video of how I was treated if anybody would like to see it and it will be posted on YouTube if someone from corporate would like to contact me and fix this I was a lifelong customer but not anymore until I get an apology for how I was treated i found me a new pizza place Bari Pizzaria just down the street from them with excellent customer service the pizza is actually better and half the cost and by the way they wanted me to go all the way back to my house to get my id and i ask if they would make me a new pizza since mine was done already and they told me NO!!! time i would have got back my pizza would have been...
