Absolutely horrible customer service. I'd give zero stars if possible. My daughter loves tacobell, her favorite food is bean burritos. She always chooses tacobell for her birthday lunch. She just had a birthday and of course wanted bean burritos. Just turned 10. We go and order 3 bean burritos no onions. Get home my daughter takes a bite and says there is onions. Takes a bite out of the 2nd burrito and tastes onions so I put the 3rd one down before tasting and say ok let's go back. I go through the line and say at the box "sorry but we were just here and a mistake has been made on our order" which they reply ok I got you. Get to the window and the lady demands the receipt which I had ready and hand it over. It says no onions. Then she demands the burritos because "it's caused a fight in the kitchen.".. what?? I hand the bag over and she literally snatches it out of my hand and procedes to open every burrito at the window... my daughter is embarrassed as she shouts No onions, No onions, ah this one has onions. So my daughter tasted it in the first burrito and continued to taste it in the other one, they are pretty strong tasting and she just turned 10. Cmon. They then make 3 new burritos and hand them over. No apology for making a mistake and us having to drive back out, nothing. Sure the lady was smiling but nothing about her actions was good customer service. I've worked in fast food before and i have never dissected food to figure out if the customer was lieing. Just remake the order as quickly as possible to keep the line moving and apologize for the inconvenience. I didn't ask for a refund, I had zero attitude because I'm reasonable and know mistakes happen, all I wanted was 3 bean burritos no onions remade to keep my daughters...

The best they'll do is say to call when they are working, but won't say when that is, and it doesn't seem to be any time! I've tried at all hours day and night, week and weekend. Their Baja Blast Freeze machine is broken at least 75% of the time over the last three months alone. This one single lack of maintenance/investment is costing them well over $100 in sales per week - because I drive over to Sawmill instead, where that Taco Bell has literally never told me it is "defrosting" or broken.
The drive through employees need to SLOW DOWN. They speak so incredibly fast and pushy that they literally talk over you - and end up getting the orders wrong as a result! At least 20 times I've had to go back through the drive through a second time to fix what they messed up entirely because they are rushing both the ordering and the making of the meal.
These are really simple, reasonable requests for improvement and it's very disappointing to have to drive to Sawmill knowing that a Taco Bell is literally 10 minutes away from me but can't be trusted to get it right consistently....

There is one employee who has the most humble and down to earth personality when speaking over the intercom I've ever come across with fast food. Super patient and actually gives a sense that he cares about your experience. With that said, all the other employees are pretty chill as well and I've got nothing but good things to say about them. Kudos!
I haven't run across anyone rude or pushy. Sure, they may be busy, but maybe they are wanting you to actually order something; get to the point and move the line forward. Have at least some sense of what you want before getting to the speaker. If you are so inept at ordering possibly consider walking in so you can make your deliberations.
I've never had a bad order here, ever. Everything has been 100% correct, and the food was always 100% what I expected.
