Ordered a sack of 10 cheeseburgers, 4 double cheeseburgers, fries & coffee. The lady repeated the order but said it fast and with a heavy accent and I couldn't understand her. Didn't want to be rude by saying I couldn't understand her so I just repeated my order. Then we went thru the same thing over again as I couldn't understand her. There was nothing up on a screen showing the order in print so that I could make sure she got it right. I went up to the window. She rang it up as $37+ and I looked at receipt and said "No it's only supposed to be a sack of 10 cheeseburgers, not 30". I said this very politely but she got very upset and called a manager and the cook with the window shut and was talking to them and then looking at me, then they all looked at me with angry looks. It was bizarre!!! I really couldn't believe it as I was polite and did absolutely nothing wrong! Then the manager opened the window and said "So you don't want your order" (blank face, no apology) I said "Well I didn't order a sack of 30 cheeseburgers I ordered 10". She said "I heard her repeat your order back to you twice and she said 30 cheeseburgers" and I said "I'm sorry, I couldn't understand her but I repeated back 10". She shut the window with a semi-angry face and they all started talking and looking at me again!!! I am NOT a paranoid person, I was in a very good mood before this happened. Then she opened the window again and with a rude demeanor said "So you're not going to get your initial $37 back for 3-5 days." PERIOD. I could understand that, but I couldn't understand why they were so incredibly rude. I've never, ever been treated like that in any establishment, let alone this particular White Castle. I said (holding back tears) "Please just cancel my entire order, I'm upset and don't want it anymore". You can just imagine how she responded to that. What a horrible, horrible experience.

I paid almost $26 for my order through the app for them to say on their end it wasn't paid for and that we needed to pay for the order or show through my bank that it was paid for. If they're smart, they would know that banks wont let you screenshot anything for safety reasons and they would refresh their system admitting their system is wrong. Instead, they'd rather involve the cops to try and trespass someone for their own stupidity. All 3 employees working today got very rude with my significant other around 1:55PM-2PM on 2/25/25. I had to then screenshot my order history to prove the order was paid for. I called corporate office on them and said they need to reconsider who's running that store or shut Kenny Rd location down. Waiting to hear back from the district manager so that they know who they have running that place knowing they crumple receipts in front of the customer to hide information. Read moreWe went through the drive-thru and placed our order, the order was two number 1's, one medium fish nibbler, two cokes with no ice. Then we asked for ketchup, tartar sauce, and cocktail sauce. We also asked for fries with no salt on them, and also to salt and pepper the hamburgers, we were told that they already season the hamburgers. Well when we received our order we checked we did not get the tartar sauce for the fish nibblers the food was cold and we thought that the fries and at least the fish nibblers would be hot because they were a custom order don't know what happened there. And as for the hamburgers they were not seasoned and they were put in the boxes torn and forced with the bun being rolled up, all we could do is laugh because this is what we have been getting from this particular location, but you try to give them another chance. Most fast food chains has been reduced to bad help and yet they want customers to overlook it. Granted not all restaurants or fast foods are bad, but you might want to skip this one we have gave them opportunity after opportunity to straighten out and it's just getting worse that's why they received 2 Stars.
