The staff here is worst I've ever seen!! They constantly forget things. One older lady actually handed me food without a bag. But nothing tops this last incident, me and hubby ordered breakfast yesterday and when we got to the window hubby decided to add a donut. So I asked the lady at the window to add it to my order. First she ignored me than she said without looking at me, no you have to go around and order again. I thought I heard wrong so I asked again. This time she looked at me and said, No Hun you have to go back around and get in line. My husband heard it this time and almost lost his temper. I asked for my receipt to get the store number. When I called and spoke to manager Takela she was apologizing because the lady at the window was the other manager there and her named Alyssa. She nor I nor any person that works or patronize a customer service business expected a response like that. It sad because I enjoy Tim Hortons but for enploying a person who would speak to a customer like this twice, with no regrets, in front of everyone. My money is better spent elsewhere so I can support employees who do actually service their customers. If I were u I would not support...
Read moreI was a regular at this location but not anymore. We ordered breakfast sandwiches and the sausage was undercooked. My daughter was told if she wanted to add drinks to the order, she would have to drive around and come back through. Went in to get money back and they kept me waiting. I asked for the managers name and Nathan, the counter person looked very puzzled and acted like he didn't want to tell me. Finally got out of him that the regional manager is Nick and the manager is Daisy. After several minutes, I asked who the young woman was in the red shirt and he says that's Daisy. I said is she going to be helping me since you aren't? He said she would be helping me. They made me wait for over 30 minutes. Daisy did not recognize me at first and proceeded to help many customers. Once I explained I am a regular that is in around 5:15 each morning and that she waits on me, it must have clicked because then she could not apologize enough. Too little, too late. I have not been back since. Customers should not be treated...
Read moreI was there this morning around 6:35. The drive thru line was around the building. In order to save time and make sure I made it to work on time I went inside. I literally stood at the front register for 7 minutes before even being acknowledged. A woman named Vicki looked right at me several times, but continued to ignore me. Another employee also saw me, but instead of acknowledging my presence continues to count the donuts in the donut case. Finally, as I was just about to leave a nice young man that was preparing sandwiches in the back came to take my order. He was pleasant and friendly....the rest of this morning crew need some customer...
