Oh Nails Spa — Local services in Westerville

I had such a wonderful first experience here today. My husband surprised me with a pedicure (been awhile for a pedi & had not shaved my legs, which I was personally paranoid about) & from the time I walked in I was promptly & warmly greeted by Kit. This gentleman was so kind, patient, reassuring & funny. I apologized for my prickly legs, but Kit was nice about it. I greatly enjoyed the salon, the pedi chairs are so relaxing & comfortable. My time with Kit; our giggles, our conversation was so fun & friendly. I chatted with other customers whom spoke in such high regard of Kit & the salon. I also noticed an extension of kindness from Kit that warmed my heart. While my nails were drying, a woman & her adult, non-verbal, disabled son came in, with no appointment. Kit advised her it would be an hour before they could service them. Her demeanor was impatient & slightly demanding. I could tell her son was picking up on it. She requested "just a nail trim on his hands, it would only take 5 minutes" and even though Kit was busy, Kit noticed the sons body language, his agitation starting in response to the mother. Kit pulled out a chair, called him by name & took such great care of him. Kit showed patience, kindness & mostly: Empathy.You don't find that often in today's society. i’ve never been the type to write a bad review but this needs to be done ! i asked the gentleman if he was able to do my nails a certain way and i even said if u aren’t able to them that way that’s fine . of course he agreed and said he could do them . as he’s doin them i realized it’s not how i wanted to be so i said i didn’t like them then he complaining because he had to do it over . mind you he had a client waiting on him . as he’s doing them over he is rushing trying to get finished. the other client that was waiting for him had to leave. still in a rush he tried to tell her that he was almost done. after the client left, I said I still didn’t like them. so I called the next morning and asked them if I could redo my nails and a manager, agreed to it. When I went in, they basically told me that they can’t redo my nails because a gem was off . I asked them to remove the polish and the remaining gems, and they charged me. and to the employee that replies back to all the reviews, don’t say I wasn’t there because I have proof that...

My first experience was Great I got a Full Set and a color change on my Toes with Gel I was so happy I found a nail spot I can finally go to with reasonable prices!! But I recently went back to get a fill this time and a color change and ended up paying exact same price I payed when I went the first time and it should not have been that AT ALL!!! They charge me extra because of a stupid cat eye polish which wasn’t told to me when it was giving to me look at after I told you I wanted Gel polish on top of only painting my 2 Big Toes of the whatever it was !!! Charged me for a full price of a pedicure to change the color on my toes I shoulda just got a dame pedicure!!!!! I was tooken advantage of and extremely Upset !!!I coulda walked out and not paid but I did !!!!! I WILL NEVER COME BACK TO THIS PLACE !!!!!!...
