Leaving an updated review from 6/3/25 10:45pm. This is more a customer service review rather than the company. I’ve left a poor review here before. I live near by and this is the location that delivers to my house. At one point, I even stopped ordering from them for a while. Countless orders messed up, weird service from employees. Tonight - I received such impressive service that I felt the need to leave an updated, better review. I, initially, called because I was thinking I was about to receive bad news and be told I couldn’t order the loaded tots - as they were not available on the app. To my surprise, they ran out yesterday, but they had gotten them back and the app hadn’t updated yet. Well, if I wanted them, he informed me that I’d have to place my order over the phone - no biggie. He made it even easier for me. Instead of replacing my whole order with him, he had me send through my order that was already ready on the app (minus the tots) as a cash order. He, then, added on the tots and took my card over the phone so I could still do cashless, contactless delivery. This man spent a total of 8 minutes on the phone with me, helping me through all of this, with incredible patience and kindness. I had a very long, stressful day. I didn’t eat all day and when it came time to order my food, I expected to be let down when I made this phone call, only to be surprised with exceptional service and grand news. Read moreThis is my neighborhood dominos , and I have never had a problem here before. I placed an order last week , and it was completely wrong but again it wasn’t an issue because this is MY NEIGHBORHOOD DOMINOS. I called and the gentleman on the phone stated I would have a credit for my next order and hung up. So today I called to get a pizza the same way as I did before , and when I went to get the pizza everything was okay until I got to my car. When I sat my pizza down the manager was a my window beating , telling me to come back in because I didn’t pay. Which again I called ahead of time , and let them know I was coming and was again told I was going to be credited for the pizza. The manager went back into the store going off , I walked back in and asked him was everything okay. He stated that I was only supposed to get 1 topping. But the pizza that was messed up had 3 topping , but why would I only get a pizza with only 1 topping. He stated it was cool and laughed as I left the store. When I called to get a phone number he argued me down on the phone and laughed as if I was wrong for asking for a manager. I told him I’m a young girl in my twenties so imagine how I feel about a man coming to my car beating on my window about a pizza he told me would be free next time. Read moreThis is the second time I have ordered from this dominos location and the second time my order had been canceled. A few weeks ago I ordered an hour and a half before they closed. The order (via phone) went through and we patiently waited for it to be delivered. Two hours go by and still no delivery. We called and apparently they tried to deliver to our OLD ADDRESS, and when no one answered, they failed to contact us in any way, and went along with the rest of their deliveries. They did NOT attempt to confirm our address when we called to make the order, nor did they call us when no one answered the door (to our OLD address).
The second delivery was tonight. I made it online at 11:11, and the store closed at 12. Our apartment is a 10 minute drive from their business. They called me at 11:25 to say their delivery driver already had 3 other orders and they had to cancel ours. What happened to the store closing at 12?? Heads up: apparently the store closes at 11:10 if you want to place an order. We will never be ordering from this store again, and will definitely be telling everyone around us about these mishaps.
