Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Commerce Charter Township

I went there several times one day all sucessful but 1. When i picked up an order, the bag was sealed. I asked the worker if the sause was in the bag for the breadsticks and he said yes. I delivered it in person and i closed out the order as delivered personally.

As i was driving off the customer said there was no sauce. I drove 8 miles to get the sauce and asked for the customers address, because once i finished the delivery, i couldnt go back to get her address. Im new at this, so i didnt write it down at the ladies house.

Im sure my customer was really unhappy that i didn't return with her sauce as promised. I felt terrible. (A friendly reminder to other dashers so this donthappen to you).

this place is awful we have a problem EVERY time we go there. My boyfriend usually calls ahead (even for a hot n ready) because most of the time they don't have them made. Sometimes they wont even have it when we call it in because they "accidently" give it to someone else. Today was the topper. I called about 20 hours in advance to place an order before my daughter's birthday party since I needed 6 pizzas. Placed the order and gave them my phone number just in case anything happened. went to pick up at 115pm as planned the next day. When I got there, a note was on the door that they weren't opening until 3 pm.
