Church's Texas Chicken — Restaurant in Commerce City

Would it really kill the employees to smile, greet and thank their customer? Horrible, horrible customer service! Stood in the front counter for almost 5 min without one single word from an employee. It was as if I was invisible to them. Finally when an employee came to the front all he did was log into the register and stare back at me. Where is the common courtesy of simply saying "How can I help you? What can I get for you?" Or apologizing for having me wait so long. NOTHING he simply stared at me and I had to ask him if i could order now. He then said yes, I began ordering and all of a sudden he interrupted me with "for here or to go?" I was simply shocked with how this place is even running. Terrible customer service, dirty bathrooms and tables & you can tell the kitchen is dirty too. Too top it off I found a hair in my food. Gross! Never going there again, due yourself a favor and find another church's or fried chicken place to go to because this one...

I went yesterday about 7pm I ordered one leg original. I always test the chicken before I buy a lot for my family. It was an old piece of chicken that's been sitting for awhile. I went to the drive thru at first. Then circle around and go in. I told the young lady this chicken is old then she gives me another piece. Then she states we close at 8pm today so we don't have any more chicken ready. If it wasn't horrible I was going to get the family pack . I tried the new piece she gave me It was terrible. So now I really don't want to eat there ever again. People don't waste your money. Cook at home these fast food places are a joke. I have gone to this churches chicken in commerce city on #10431 at 6411 Quebec st commerce city Colorado and and have bought the family meal and both times been asked to choose 3 sides or 2 sides with 6 biscuits I choose to get 2 sides and the biscuits and have gone home to find that the first time no busqits were in my bag and the second time only 1 of six bisquits in my bag I mean come on guys how are you ever gonna compete with Kentucky fried chicken with your poor order skills a $30 dollar meal at KFC has 3 large sides plus bisquits and the chicken is mixed churches poor chicken is like breaded bones give a break I whent there because KFC was closed because of a fire they had but other wise I would of never when there should of whent to king Soopers instead I give churches chicken a 1 of 10...
